Had the best experience I've had in years! Joe was great! Very knowledgeable, helpful, funny, and nice to look at! I use to dred coming to get my oil change because of prior staff members being creepy. Now ill come get my oil changed on time instead of procrastinating 🤣 Thanks Joe for not being a creeper!!
I Had to come back and change my 5 star review I was asked to do a five star review after my service for a free car wash, wich you guys can keep ;) After receiving my oil change, I was charged a little extra. I was apparently charged for the person behind me. Not just your average oil change shop, Tay went above and beyond today with nothing short of 1st class service, Asking key questions, giving professional suggestions, no pressure just honest advice. The two other shop guys,(Braedon and Christopher work like a tuned piano, working side by side together not missing a beat getting the job done quickly and perfectly. If you are a woman do not go to this location because they will try to take advantage of you. And for whoever is reading these reviews you really need to find another store manager Zach is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I highly suggest you replace him immediately before he lands your company in lawsuits. I don't even know how he was considered for the position.
