I've done business here for years. Until today they have always been helpful and considerate. Today the man doing the work was rude, lost my trust as if he had something to hide. I'll find another location or start doing the oil change myself! When I got home and checked, the dipstick was not fully in place.
We always have a good experience here. They show us the air filter, transmission fluid, etc so we can make the decisions needed for the vehicles. The crew is pleasant & professional.
I would have given this place a 5 star since their oil service is wonderful. But I went in last week for an oil change and had them repair my fire as well but didn't put the lug nut key back into the glove box. I went back to grease pro today and asked to repair my tire because there was another nail on my tire and the dealership didn't repair my tire like I asked. best oil change place around!! recommend this one to everyone around me when they mention they need to get one 😁 also, a young man named Ethan helped and honestly, best one there! he explained everything so well that helped me understand what i needed and helped my car sound ten times better. 10/10!
This is the only place I'll go for oil changes from now on. My wife's van started to sound off and I noticed a strange burning smell coming from the engine, but luckily it started happening where I work, which is right next door to this Grease Pro. I was able to hobble it in and the manager, V, took action right away. He and his crew quickly showed me that we had a major oil leak, and it was literally shooting out of a broken rubber hose (apparently now Toyota only makes them out of metal, and I see why lol).
