The team at Grease Pro in Lynn Haven is always friendly and quick. They replaced my wipers, topped off my fluids, and even cleaned my cabin air filter instead of upselling me a new one. I really appreciate their honesty and the military discount. Great service every time!
Not just your average oil change shop, Tay went above and beyond today with nothing short of 1st class service, Asking key questions, giving professional suggestions, no pressure just honest advice. Came in for oil change and transmission fluid. Manager showed me that my transmission fluid looked great and didn’t try to up sell me. They asked if they could inspect my differentials and transfer case since mines a 4x4 and yes I use it, which I’m glad they did cause I had water in the front and the back was pretty worn. They didn’t try to push the sell at all but I told them to go ahead and flush them. Flushed and filled both for the same price that I would’ve spent on my transmission fluid so I was happy with it. I went in for an oil and had exceptional service. One gentleman was being trained, but he was very thorough and eager to do his best. The other gentlemen checked everything, including my brakes, which I wasn’t aware were in such poor shape. I always get great service at Grease Pro, and highly recommend them for your cars’ needs.
This was literally some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met in this type of service. Andrew took perfect care of our vehicle and was a complete professional. 100% recommend!!!
