Great service and awesome employees. Fast and reliable. First time. I visited Grease Pro and now will definitely be my only stop for oil change along with the other services they provide!
I've done business here for years. Until today they have always been helpful and considerate. Today the man doing the work was rude, lost my trust as if he had something to hide. I'll find another location or start doing the oil change myself! When I got home and checked, the dipstick was not fully in place.
Wonderful customer service! All the gentlemen working were very pleasant and professional. I was able to pull right in and was out in 20 mins!!
I have used them for years, but at my last visit the evidence shows THEY RUINED MY ENGINE in my 2017 Hyundai Ionic by their neglect during a simple oil change and now refuse to take responsibility for their lack of putting oil in my vehicle. On rating Grease Pro by a 1 to 5 star rating, I give them a resounding 0 (if Google had a zero rating!). Service as far as vehicle seemed good; however when I drove in no one said a word. How are you, how can I help you etc... I asked everyone ok. Employee just said getting your paper work together. I'll still go there but they need to work on customer service skills. Seemed un friendly
