I went in looking for storage to declutter my home. I wasn't exactly sure what I needed. They welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door, offered my son snacks and drinks and explained everything to me in great detail. The manager, Brandi, provided excellent customer service. She helped me determine the best size unit for my needs. She also helped me download the app that allows me to access my unit’s Bluetooth lock. I love the cleanliness of the facility and the upgraded technology that the property uses.
This place is amazing! The Bluetooth locks and App make it so easy to navigate the facility. No need to purchase a lock. They even have a conference room and PO Boxes for businesses. Lashonda was fantastic and showed me everything I needed to know. Definitely recommend.
Great new storage facility that just opened in Mooresville!! Not only can they accommodate your storage needs, they also offer US postal boxes, a conference room for all your meetings and a friendly professional staff. It's all indoor storage.
