I went in looking for storage to declutter my home. I wasn't exactly sure what I needed. They welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door, offered my son snacks and drinks and explained everything to me in great detail. They also saved me a few bucks by being completely honest about what I truly needed. Great ladies in there working diligently to meet their customers needs!! Beautiful too!! The manager, Brandi, provided excellent customer service. She helped me determine the best size unit for my needs. She also helped me download the app that allows me to access my unit’s Bluetooth lock. I love the cleanliness of the facility and the upgraded technology that the property uses.
This place is amazing! The Bluetooth locks and App make it so easy to navigate the facility. No need to purchase a lock. They even have a conference room and PO Boxes for businesses. Lashonda was fantastic and showed me everything I needed to know. Definitely recommend.
Walked in with no appointment and was immediately greeted by Angelique and Shonda. Both were extremely friendly and had me in my brand new storage unit within 15 minutes. Inside is extremely clean and everything is top notch in quality. Shonda’s knowledge of how the units are operated is unrivaled. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
Great new storage facility that just opened in Mooresville!! Not only can they accommodate your storage needs, they also offer US postal boxes, a conference room for all your meetings and a friendly professional staff. It's all indoor storage. I would highly recommend them if you're in the Mooresville area for all of your storage needs.
