I had such a wonderful experience with Betty and Speedy! They were both incredibly helpful and made the process of moving units so easy and stress-free. They were kind, patient, positive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I went in looking for storage to declutter my home. I wasn't exactly sure what I needed. They welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door, offered my son snacks and drinks and explained everything to me in great detail. They also saved me a few bucks by being completely honest about what I truly needed. Great ladies in there working diligently to meet their customers needs!! Beautiful too!! We haven’t had any issues with the storage unit. Everything is easy access, very clean and I feel very safe when I go in there. I love that everything is done from my phone so I don’t need to remember any codes to get in. The one thing I didn’t like is when I went to go renew our lease with them I asked if we could get a discount if we pay for the next 12 months ahead of time. They said no but I was able to rent a completely new unit, the exact same size for less money and pay in advance for 12 months. So we just need to mov... read more
