I utilized the climate controlled storage 10x20 on the 1st floor. The personnel who work at this location are very friendly and helpful. They have large carts to move your household goods and elevators for the floors above the main level. They always have a clean bathroom and always offer water. I highly recommend this location to store you stuff. 5 out of 5 stars. To the employees, thank you for your exceptional service while I used your facility. It was greatly appreciated.
I went in looking for storage to declutter my home. I wasn't exactly sure what I needed. They welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door, offered my son snacks and drinks and explained everything to me in great detail. They also saved me a few bucks by being completely honest about what I truly needed. Great ladies in there working diligently to meet their customers needs!! Beautiful too!! I couldn't be more impressed with my experience at Great American Self Storage. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The manager, Brandi, provided excellent customer service. She helped me determine the best size unit for my needs. She also helped me download the app that allows me to access my unit’s Bluetooth lock. I love the cleanliness of the facility and the upgraded technology that the property uses.
This place is amazing! The Bluetooth locks and App make it so easy to navigate the facility. No need to purchase a lock. They even have a conference room and PO Boxes for businesses. Lashonda was fantastic and showed me everything I needed to know. Definitely recommend.
