I filed a lien against a property that went unacknowledged and ignored by this company. I am still investigating and seeking legal action. The property was at 142 fm rd 1942. I took all precautions and filed all proper paperwork and lien was not honored.

Dont believe what they tell you. I had a closing at the end of the month. I needed the load funded that day. They assured me it would be funded, as I am the seller. They had me sign all closing an tell me, payoff won't be sent til the 1st of next month. Liars, the whole sale was a nightmare with them. Delays, after delay. They got what they wanted, close by the end of the month, with no remorse for the seller they screwed.
