Fantastic experience with Tracie and staff at this location. I obtained an internet based mortgage loan where they listed Maverick Title in Dallas on the documents. That title company had poor reviews and I certainly did not want any title issues and not being able to contact someone so far away. This company collaborated with my mortgage lender in the short time frame allotted where I am confident all paperwork was flawless and filed appropriately. Tracie put me at ease and answered all my questions professionally, patien... read more
I work in real estate and this is truly one of my favorite title company branches; in fact, I elected to closed on my own home at this location a few years ago because they're simply the best!! (If I could give them more than five stars, I would.) They're efficient, professional, friendly, and punctual. I've worked with Tracie & Becky - their communication and customer service is excellent from start to finish and they have the experience and knowledge to work through any challenge that comes our way. Highly recommend! A+!
I'm surprised to see that Great American Title does not have 5 star ratings. I've worked with them many times over the years and have excellent feedback. The branch manager is great along with the escrow officers and assistants there. Nice office, convenient location for the Spring area, etc. Would recommend to anyone to give them a chance!
When I bought my house, we used this company, and they had some paperwork mishap. At the time it was a bit annoying, but not insanely so. Fast forward to 2019, when we are selling our home, and our realtor suggests using the same title company, since they already have our file... read more
These people helped us complete a real estate transaction recently. Though ours was a bit complicated, they never lost their patience. They were ready to answer our questions, of which we had many, and completed the process in a very reasonable time frame, even given numerous hurdles. I would definitely seek their services again if needed.
