I followed Annell James to Great American. I highly recommend her as she is an expert with excellent follow through and responsiveness. My seller and I were very happy at Great American Title. They were ready for us when we arrived and making my first time there feel welcomed. Great American Title = great team!

If you can't speak English fluently, you'll be judged. Then if you try to change contact info to someone who can speak fluently, it won't be changed and you will just get yelled at and blamed for giving the actual party's contact info in the first place. If you complain to the office manager, you will be told that they have a degree in customer service and therefore "they are sorry IF you took it the wrong way". Oh, and if you're done signing, please leave.
