The front desk staff need to learn customer etiquette and be more understanding of how to communicate with the elderly It’s good that they are bilingual but they should have a greater grasp of the subtle nuances of the English language They need to smile more and be more attentive overall I personally would not recommend this clinic and will not return for any further visits I felt like I was being price gouged for deep cleaning when all I needed was a good routine cleaning instead Also they used every form of communication ... read more

I have never written a negative review before but felt compelled to do so this time. I went in as an emergency patient with sever pain, and had a confirmed apt. I waited three hours in pain and not once did the doctor check up me to ask how I was feeling. The conversation I had with her after she came to see me after being there over an hour was about money. DO NOT COME HERE. Their billing department is horrendous. Staff, the office manager Jasmine, the "Customer Relations" person (Jeanette) in Michigan, & billing is completely incompetent. Overpaid or mis-billed on every single one of my claims. 1. Paid for a cavity fill $86.40, only supposed to pay $63.80 per Cigna. This was back in Feb, never notified or issued check.2. Paid for crown buildup AND crown total of $469.00 per their estimate. Buildup processed out of network, total for both came to $637.20 but it's only $519.00. ... read more
