I’m more than happy with Great Expression team, from the front office, the dental assistants and Dr. she as a lot a patient with the kids. Everyone is so frendly and I didn`t have to sit in the waiting room forever for my son to be seen. They made my son feel so comfortable and performed wonderful work all this years. I definitely recommend all parents to switch their childs dentist to this office.
If you're considering an orthodontic consultation for your child, I strongly advise researching your options thoroughly to avoid any potential trauma. During our visit, we experienced several concerning practices, such as forcing X-ray occipital probes into the ears rather than placing them in the temporal area, which is more suitable for pediatric patients. Here’s the updatMy daughter was a patient at your office and had upper braces for a couple of years. She was also wearing an expander because your office said she needed more space for her teeth. However, something went wrong during her treatment, and her upper teeth shifted forward significantly. This has caused her severe biting issues that we are now struggling to address. My experience is always great coming into this office. Tati, always greets you with kindness and respect as soon as you walk into the door. The back off staffs are always welcoming and kind making sure you're comfortable and everything is okay with your experience. Dr. Iglesias is the best! Very patient, compassionate, caring, and helping to reach the patient's goals and needs. Before, I'd never like going to the dentist or orthodontist, but the level of comfort from the office makes it worth the visit. Thank you!!
