This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Great Expression at Baymeadows(9109 Baymeadows Rd Ste 1, Jacksonville, FL 32256 United States). My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM, and I arrived 10 minutes early. The least the staff could have done was let me know if they were behind, rather than allowing the person who showed up 10 minutes after me to be seen first. Dr. Morgan is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She helped me with a unique situation due to my orthodontist being out of state. She really goes above and beyond for her patients. All of her assistants have also been amazing. Ahmed, the hygienist always does a great job during my cleanings. Rhonda at the front desk is the best. The entire staff is wonderful.
If my appointment is scheduled for 9am there is no reason I should not be called back until almost 10. Please do better with time management. If I came almost a hour late you would not accept me. Please be considerate of people time they also have to WORK like you are at work.
There was issues at one point and time. They've taken the time to clear them up. The staff is great from the front to the back. Not that the old staff was bad. They've been my dentist for years. What I like is if they make a mistake, they own it, and correct it. Every company goes through changes. Over all they do outstanding work and make sure you're comfortable and confident with your look. I'll continue my services with them.
Anyone who is nervous and anxious about your dental visits in Jacksonville. You have to visit this office at Baymeadows. They have the best team. Dr. Wilson is amazing!! He and Faith made my whole appointment a BREEZE! I could hardly feel the pain while getting my shot and after that everything was easy. I am happy with the clean, welcoming, festive vibes of the office apart from the quality dental care. I strongly recommend :)
