Extremely terrible experience!!! Service was 0! During the X-ray, the staff shoved the equipment into my mouth very forcefully, causing extreme discomfort throughout my entire mouth. The teeth cleaning was an absolute nightmare. It was extremely painful — I was literally in tears during the whole process. save yourself a trip and go somewhere else!!!! came in for my routine check up and cleaning and the front Desk was in complete disarray. i arrived on time (9am) was greeted by their new manager” Jack” who seems to be off ( RETARDED) He checked me in and i proceeded to wait. This dental center is not just one of the worst medical facilities I have been to, but THE worst. The reason is entirely due to its administrative and office staff. Due to having limited options for dental facilities accessible to me, I had to continue receving dental care done at the this facility for many years. The front desk very pleasant, caring and helpful. The assistant had a great attitude, very helpful and attentive. The hygienist I wish I remembered her name she was the best, very knowledgeable and explained everything she did step by step. The doctor amazing quick and right to the point. Never had a bad experience here. Thank you all.
My experience today at the Great Expressions was HORRIBLE I waited over 45 minutes for the dentist to come in the room to tell me My xrays looks good then when I asked about a filling I had done there He told me I would cost 142.00 that the insurance wouldn't cover. He was in the room with me less then 2 minutes. I went to the bathroom and was about to leave and he was finished with the patience that was behind me.
