Dr. Glenn was absolutely amazing! He took care of my son’s tooth when other dentists in Bayonne (at a different office) wouldn't. He made sure to squeeze us for a same day appt for a tooth that needed to be pulled. He was kind, patient, funny, and had an incredible bedside manner. You can tell he truly loves what he does. Terrible experience — avoid this place! I was given a quote that included what my insurance would cover, and I signed off on it. I was told the treatment would be done in two sessions, and I could pay half now and half at the next session. After the first session, when I went to pay, the price had more than doubled! The person who originally gave me the quote claimed my insurance wasn’t covering, and I had to pay the full amount for just half the work. I had my cleaning with Apa، and she was the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She was thorough, gentle, and clearly explained what I needed to do to keep my teeth healthy. She was very observant with issues I’ve had with my teeth and gave me clear and direct instructions on how to improve my oral health. I highly recommend Apa as a hygienist at Great Expressions.
The Hygienist Jiana was phenomenal and communicated beautifully and was very attentive to any discomfort or uncertainty I had during my cleaning . Dr.T was very thorough and made sure to explain what I needed for my treatment plan. The front desk was also very patient and helpful with any and all questions!
Terrible front desk and reception staff. Terrible customer service. Super rude, low energy and they leave you on hold forever. It’s like they don’t want your business, which is fine because I’ll happily go elsewhere. After booking a surgery weeks in advance, the office cancelled on me the afternoon before my appointment. This is AFTER I reached out to the office and sat on hold for 10min to ask a question about my procedure. Good BYE. Not worth your time or money.
