Dr. Glenn was absolutely amazing! He took care of my son’s tooth when other dentists in Bayonne (at a different office) wouldn't. He made sure to squeeze us for a same day appt for a tooth that needed to be pulled. He was kind, patient, funny, and had an incredible bedside manner. You can tell he truly loves what he does. Here’s a sharper and more critical review: Terrible experience — avoid this place! I was given a quote that included what my insurance would cover, and I signed off on it. I was told the treatment would be done in two sessions, and I could pay half now and half at the next session. After the first session, when I went to pay, the price had more than doubled! Staff is just horrible. Scheduling mixups constantly, and the billing is horrible. I received bills that didn’t add up with the services after each visit and had to call usually multiple times to sort it out. Doesn’t help that they took me into a dirty dingy basement for my appointment, just poor space overall. The final straw was getting billed after my insurance denied a cleaning because they scheduled me 2 days too early for a follow up cleaning. Words can’t describe how bad this office is.
Do not go here! They will try to charge you for nothing. All I wanted was a regular cleaning. They tried to tell me that I need a superficial cleaning that would cost me way more. The deep cleaning that they were trying to charge me for was soooooo expensive. I ended up going elsewhere with no co pay and they deep cleaning is way less expensive. This place is terrible. Customer service isn't well either. Will never go back.
Terrible front desk and reception staff. Terrible customer service. Super rude, low energy and they leave you on hold forever. It’s like they don’t want your business, which is fine because I’ll happily go elsewhere. After booking a surgery weeks in advance, the office cancelled on me the afternoon before my appointment. This is AFTER I reached out to the office and sat on hold for 10min to ask a question about my procedure. Good BYE. Not worth your time or money.
