I would like to start off saying how wonderful the staff is, as well as the other doctors I have delt with there in the past. The dentist I normally use was unavailable so I saw this guy. My appointment with Dr. Nguyen was the most unprofessional, rude, demeaning, experience I’ve ever encountered in the medical field. Great experience from a not so good situation. I am not a person to write reviews and I normally hate the dentist. My experience was wonderful, from the minute I walk in the door to the minute I left. The person I met at the desk helped me to get in immediately. The dental assistant was absolutely great. The dentist was very patient with me; he let me take my time. I did not feel pressured at all. Easy set up of follow up appointments.
Let’s just start with I have a huge fear of dentist, I went to get a cleaning done by Johanna and she was absolutely terrific! She is such a kind and gentle soul! She is very patient and she kept Ensuring me that I am in control I can tell her to stop at any time. She was very effective with the cleaning. She also made me feel like all her focus and attention was on me and my needs. I got my braces done here. The experience was unique from start to finish. The braces doctor knows exactly what he's doing and is knowledgeable about his work. I'm satisfied.
Gail, dental hygienist, is fantastic. Like most people, I hate pain. This is the reason why most people refuse to go to the dentist. Gail took the apprehension away and did what she needed to do. Some aches, but no real pain. Gail handled my deep cleaning (scaling) very gently. Will definitely ask for her again! 5 stars, Gail!
