Arrived for my appointment early to find the office completely closed with no staff and no notice. I received reminders yesterday about the appointment. I waited 20 minutes to see if someone would call or arrive before leaving. I called the corporate office and had no answer. There’s no permanent dentist for the office and they seem to be losing a staff member every month to competitor offices. Everyone is friendly & nice. The dentist always explains things well, and he is honest to whether I need work done or not. I’ve always had a good experience.
My appt here is never for what I thought is was scheduling. I've been clear at previous appt what I want scheduled for the next one and eveytime it's been different and I end up needing to schedule yet another appt
