The Coconut Creek office has high staff turnover. It is unacceptable to make an appointment for a patient. Then when the patient arrives the patient is told they do not have the Invisalign aligners. This is after waiting a half hour for nothing. This is not the first time I wasted time in this office. At one appointment i just walked out because it took way too long for the dentist to come in.
