I’ve booked an online appointment with Zocdoc a couple of weeks ago. I even left work early to show up to my appointment. I get there and I found out that the office is closed. How hard is it to contact the patients ahead of time in advance to let them know that the office will be closed due to weather conditions? I understand that we had a heavy snow storm yesterday, But my appointment was for today and I even got a text confirming it today. I wasted time and money to get here not a great experience as a first time patient.

Maryanne ( one of the dental hygienist) is incredibly knowledgeable and kind hearted. She gets the fear of coming yet explains the importance of dental health in such a graceful way. Truly a professional. The gentleman at the front is top notch too! He is on point and seems to get things done quickly without fumbling. After seeing some pretty crappy dentist on Long Island, I would highly recommend this office

I came to this dental office for a routine cleaning, which is fully covered under my MetLife PPO plan. I was never told that anything was wrong with my gums, nor was I informed of any underlying gum disease or condition that would require a deep cleaning. No one explained that I would be receiving anything other than the routine cleaning I scheduled. I have had positive experiences here each time I go. I’m always called in on time and the hygienists and dentists are very attentive and caring. I’ve never had issues trying to make appointments when I need them. The staff at the front desk is also very helpful and friendly.

I could not be happier with the treatment I received today! I just transferred the most precious person in my life, my son from Pediatric to adult dentistry at Great expressions. There are not enough stars for my dental hygienist. She is so thorough and communicate in such a great way I feel as though I leave with more than I expected every time! The Dentist was equally as thorough and kind! We are a very satisfied family with the treatment we receive. Doug Kirk
