Amazing staff and great service! Everyone was kind, patient, and made my son feel comfortable. The dentist was thorough and explained everything well. I’m very pleased with our visit!
I have been sending my kids for years. The front staff I’m assuming came from a different location is extremely rude especially Ralph. I once was happy with the customer service I received here. Now this place has fallen apart. I’ve lost all respect for this office. Rude!!!!! I can’t stand the front end staff. They need to be retrained or go back to their old location. One star absolutely not they deserve a negative star
Very personable. Professional and ultra clean office. The people are very helpful and knowledgeable of their positions. Doctors are amazing. Great bedside manner.
Dr Ostroff is a fabulous oral surgeon. Since 2007 I have been using this office in Coral Springs. I find Dr Ostroff to be an exceedingly gifted and highly compassionate oral surgeon. Whether it be tooth extractions, dental implants, or highly complicated procedures, there is no one I would trust more. It's just a fabulous office. Carol Fleming
If I could leave a negative Star I would !The front office staff doesn’t want to give any help they won’t even give you a name if you ask . ( photo is of lady who refused to give her name ) Sad because they are the ones in the wrong ! I had an apt for 3pm was there early 2:56 , they took someone before me and preceded to make us wait 20 more minutes to be seen . Meanwhile they harassed me all week to make sure I was coming and also called at 2:40 to make sure I was coming . I was called about 8 times this week . And to what... read more
