Great service! Great explanation on the treatments. Very friendly. Living all over the world I find it hard to go to a dentist as your mouth is a very special private space. Having trust in a different dentist than in your home country is hard but I have been twice now to great expressions and am very satisfied.
The staff it’s great and the wait time it’s minimal. I had a great experience with my root canal and crown. I would love to be able to present when they perform dental work on my kids like I was used at the previous dental office but I do understand that the space it’s very limited . Just the Dr. and the assistant can fit in at the same time without bumping each other.
Went today with my twins toddlers. My appointment was at 8am and was taken in at 830am. But aside from that, we were in and out relatively quickly. They were great w the kids and gave them stickers and a book.
Dr Rocio Martinez was great and honest. Management is terrible, trying to collect money w/o proof, even though we presented proof and receipts of all monies paid for previous treatment.
Very polite and helpful understanding the insurance coverage. They were kind and very professional. 🥰
