My daughter had an appointment today for a tooth extraction and Dr. Daniel was great! It was our first time meeting her and she was so sweet and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Everything went great thanks to her.
Dr. Nicolas Garcia has been an exceptional orthodontist for our daughter, Mia. Over the years, he was always friendly, professional, and easy to reach, and he truly cared about her, making the entire braces journey a positive experience. He combines outstanding clinical expertise with genuine kindness and care. We are extremely happy with the results and deeply appreciate his dedication and professionalism. We would highly recommend him to any family looking for an outstanding orthodontist.
Dr Goncalves is a very caring provider, a knowledgeable periodontist. The staff at the Cutler Bay Great Expressions office booked my late add on appt for an urgent need and took care to ensure I understood my needs, my options and also took time out to call my wife who could not be present and explain options to her. We had an amazing experience in this office!. Diana was the best person who has ever attended my older son, , she was super nice and gentle, everyone in there was super kind, great team. Melissa attended my other son and Dra: Daniela Beaudoin was so patience , kind we all felt like in home!. I really recommend 💯 .
We had a good experience the first visit but then the office decided to switch us to a specialty doctor without our permission, and then our insurance (Guardian DMO) would not cover the charges because he was not seen by the general dentist like our first visit. The general dentist is in network but not the specialty dentist is not. I have a feeling they bill out like this intentionally to try to make more money for the office.
