I've been going here about 2 years. Have not received the amazing experience I was expecting based on all the positive reviews. The staff is very hot and cold. Sometimes everyone is very nice, other times it's like they are mad at you for even being there. On two separate visits the hygienist made rude comments about my teeth. My first visit was in November and I just went back for my 1st cleaning here and they do an Amazing job! Super friendly and clean space. I was initially bummed that I couldn’t get in sooner for a cleaning, but I was told that I would be added to a list and if any cancellations happned I could be called. They’re true to their word and I’m so happy I got in today and have clean teeth for the new year!
If you are looking for a great dentist and dental care experience...look no further as Dr. Katie and her staff are awesome. They make you so very comfortable and are so very friendly!! I actually enjoy going to the dentist now!!! Imagine that!
I never been to a dentist who cares about their patients as much as Great Expression. They give glasses to were to prevent the light to go in your eyes. They give a cute little pillow if your to short for your head to reach the head rest. 5 stars in my book. 😊🦷
Today was my first visit all the staff were, knowledgeable and nice. The dentist took time to answer all my questions. She was gentle while doing my exam explained what she was doing while examining my teeth. I’ve made Great Expressions my new dental office. Thanks to the Great expression staff.
