Great all around experience. Dr. Katie and Kelly made sure I was taken care of and satisfied before leaving. Great job to the whole team for making going to the dentist a pleasant experience. I've been getting numbed my whole life and without a doubt I would say Dr. Katie makes the process pain free! Wonderful job and would without a doubt recommend!

The Cuyahoga Falls location is so accommodating. I brought my 17-month-old with me for my cleaning, and the whole staff was so nice not only to me but to him. The dental hygienist, Toby, was amazing. She even sang “Wheels on the Bus” to my son while she was cleaning my teeth to try and keep him entertained. They were patient and friendly. They made it a great experience with their kindness.
The entire staff and Dr Katie are a pleasure to be with. They are all extremely knowledgeable and work hard to make each visit as comfortable as possible. I already have recommended them to friends and family.
I was nervous to go as I don’t care for offices that seem like “chain” businesses, but I really appreciated the care, explanation and expected treatment plan. Very cost effective as well. Dr. Kaitlyn, Kelly (I believe was the lady assisting me with xrays), and the lady that checked me out were very welcoming, professional and sweet. Will be back!
