This is a great dental office! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Kelly is an awesome hygienist—she is very kind, efficient and makes you feel comfortable during your time there. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. Office is clean and wait times are minimal. This is a good office for those of you that have dental anxiety.
Soooo I rarely change doctors or hygienists but coming here is a breath of fresh air. My mother recommended them to me and I’m glad she did. I get my teeth cleaned regularly by Kelly and she does an amazing job. Great conversation and gentle. And recently I had a wisdom tooth pulled and I was terrified in the inside but the young doctor eased my anxiety away. Tooth was pulled less than 10minutes. My sister has been going to this location for over 10 years. However, recently they have this office manager that likes to go on power trips at her place of work. My sister is a health care professional who works and has children, there have been some circumstances were she would have to cancel last minute because her children are sick and she does not want to possibly spread their illness and infect the clinic. Had it not been for my incredible experience with the dental hygienist, Kelly, I would given this place 0 stars. I came to this location because my old one on Monroe got permanently shut down. The receptionist/manager with the blonde hair used to work there and came to the Michigan avenue instead. The day of my appointment, I came about 10 minutes late but I was still able to go through with the visit and when I arrived, she didn't even make the effort to greet but told me I had to do some paperwork. Due to how I was just mistreated on the phone, I’m reporting the office on Michigan Avenue to the BBB. This receptionist placed me on hold for so long, I thought she forgot about me so I hung up and called again, only to be placed on hold again before I could get a word in that I had been waiting already.
