My beautiful lash tech referred me to Great Expressions in Dearborn and I had my first appointment today and I am beyond excited. The staff were all very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Used to be a place I went to as a kid and have recommended other family there but recently the staff has been beyond rude. The receptionists at front desk especially, they had laughed and made jokes when they couldnt understand what my mom was saying apparently, she just has an accent and was asking for a simple paper. It felt like a mockery. My family used to love this place due to kind staff but there has been new people and doctors that make the experience uncomfortable now. I love my ortho office!! Everytime I go the staff is so friendly and helpful. I’m always very curious and have many questions regarding my teeth, and they have no problem with it and give me the best answer possible! I’ve had my braces for a year and a half now and will be sad when I have to leave the office! Amazing I highly recommend.
Everyone is super friendly and they always get me in and out even when i show up to appointments super early! It’s a very clean and friendly environment and the experience is enjoyable 😊
