Never ever go to "Great Expressions" or as I say "Horrible Experssions" unless you want fake cavities and periodental cleaning. So my husband went to go get second opinion and he had perfect teeth.Its been two years since we stopped?
DO NOT GO HERE!! Not helpful,very unhappy with everything,My son had to have he's braces's done again at another dental office and had to pay out of packet.The ladies working there are so rude and never nice .Go to Norwick Orthodontic on Ford Road very happy nice people working there.
WORST EVER !!!! We are still fighting them over a PAID bill. They have now resorted to placing that bill in my daughters name. She was a minor at the time and again we paid the bill.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this place is a joke. they said 2 more years at over 200 per month took her to another ortho she had her braces off in 3 mons. Don't please dont take your children there.

We had exactly the same experience as a alcodray in Rochester, MI branch. Everytime we visit, we will see a few parents yelling at them and the receptionist (rip-off-ist) showing the contracts in their face. A begger in Detroit earns a more dignified money than them. If you were also affected, please post your reviews here so we can get a class action started by Attorney general.
they make you stuck with them..even if you don,t like their service,...they make sure that you got their furstration,,,,they send you bill.....
The Great Expression dental center will hold you hostage. Once you start treatment with them on your kids braces, you are not able to go to any other doctor or received treatment from anyone else even with other doctors within Great Expression organization.
