I had a good time in the dentist's office. Why they clink my teeth? There was no pain. I felt relief and comfortable with this dentist that they had. I will return I often. And will tell others to come here. They're very professional, and they know what they're doing. I have been coming here since 2020. At first it was a great experience, everyone was friendly and the work was thorough. As the years have gone by the office has been rapidly run down. A filling I got 3 years ago is starting to rot around the edges. The doctor did not seem very concerned, no x-rays were done, no further analysis conducted. Professional, courteous and friendly. I had a root canal the previous day, at a specialist and needed a crown replacement asap, they were able to get me in the next day, after my now EX- dentist said I couldn't get in until September. Great job and thanks GE Midtown!
I have had multiple interactions with the staff and have visited this location more than once, and unfortunately, I have been left grossly dissatisfied multiple times. The first time I came for a cleaning and spent over an hour due to wait and various administrative issues. I figured that everyone could have an off day, so decided not to look for a new location. The dentist who runs this is really good. She's fast, thorough, and very professional. I'm genuinely impressed by how she works. Great cleanings. Fast and accurate on the filing. She even explained things well during the process. She can be brisk, but outcomes matter most in my mind. That said, the equipment is not the newest. They don't have all the bells and whistles that I have often noted at other dental clinics. They're completely adequate for the job, but don't expect a luxury experience. The place is clean.
