I had a good time in the dentist's office. Why they clink my teeth? There was no pain. I felt relief and comfortable with this dentist that they had. I will return I often. And will tell others to come here. They're very professional, and they know what they're doing. And they listened to the patient i give them a plus I don't often give A's this time a plus And I will say thank you
I have been coming here since 2020. At first it was a great experience, everyone was friendly and the work was thorough. As the years have gone by the office has been rapidly run down. A filling I got 3 years ago is starting to rot around the edges. The doctor did not seem very concerned, no x-rays were done, no further analysis conducted. I asked if a filling failing so fast was normal and they shrugged. Professional, courteous and friendly. I had a root canal the previous day, at a specialist and needed a crown replacement asap, they were able to get me in the next day, after my now EX- dentist said I couldn't get in until September. Great job and thanks GE Midtown!
I have had multiple interactions with the staff and have visited this location more than once, and unfortunately, I have been left grossly dissatisfied multiple times. The first time I came for a cleaning and spent over an hour due to wait and various administrative issues. I figured that everyone could have an off day, so decided not to look for a new location. This was my second visit to the office. As last visit everyone at the office was very pleasant and respectful. Dr. Yoo was very professional and helpful on some issues I was concerned with during my exam. I thought parking would be a problem but there is a parking structure next to the office building and they validated the ticket so parking was free and convenient.
