Great Expressions downtown is an excellent dentistry center. I have gone here before for an emergency and they were calm, precise, professional, and very warm/welcoming! I was able to get two cavities filled within the same day by Dr. Papi, who I will definitely be returning to! All the staff are wonderful and professionally trained individuals. While the dentist at Great Expression is truly excellent—careful, thorough, and kind—the rest of the experience has been frustrating enough for me to leave this one-star review. The front desk is extremely slow. Every time I call, I'm placed on hold immediately and left waiting for 10+ minutes with no one picking up. I also got a night guard made through them, and it broke after just a couple of months. When I reached out, I was told there's only a 30-day warranty and they wouldn’t even take a look at it. Today I have hope, I wasn't sure how I could be helped, thinking I was the worst they've seen.I was assured of several possibilities for my situation and my eyes filled with tears .I felt relief that I would one day take off my mask I've worn since the pandemic, that was my excuse to keep wearing it with no questions.I thank u for helping me get my confidence back and start living again and laughing with my grandkids. Fantastic service all around from the hygienist Youseff to the dentist herself and front staff, all around 5 stars! The staff did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and recommending treatments for me based on my needs and they were very efficient. I was able to get a first patient appointment in for the next day after I called. Great!
