While the dentist at Great Expression is truly excellent—careful, thorough, and kind—the rest of the experience has been frustrating enough for me to leave this one-star review. The front desk is extremely slow. Every time I call, I'm placed on hold immediately and left waiting for 10+ minutes with no one picking up. I also got a night guard made through them, and it broke after just a couple of months. When I reached out, I was told there's only a 30-day warranty and they wouldn’t even take a look at it. I’ve had the best experience ever at the dentist. The staff are lovely. Friendly and professional. Made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. The dentist knows her stuff and is a perfectionist. I’ve never looked so good!! Thank you one and all
Update. My email has not been responded to. If anyone else has experienced surprise billing with this practice please contact me. The Attorney General takes these things seriously as well as others like the Dept of Health. Also it looks like this business has many potentially fake 5 star reviews. People with only 1 review. Surprise billing for large amounts. Does not seem right/feels predatory
These guys really don’t care about patient care. All they wanna do is make sure they can make money off of you. I forgot my insurance card and they wouldn’t see me unless I was paying hundreds out of my pocket. They confirmed two days before my appointment that my old insurance had lapsed, but didn’t even bother to tell me. I can’t even wait till later in the day and I give the information to them the. Can’t be too surprised by money hungry Dentist these days. I miss when people cared about their patients
I cane here for my first appointment and it was honestly amazing. Yess was fast with getting my x-rays, was extremely knowledgeable and was so sweet. Dr. Papi came in to examine me and was immediately just so nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel judged just supported. Right then and there I was told my best options for my teeth and already have two appointments set to get everything taken care of!
