LOVE Dr. Jacobs. She takes time to answer all my questions to make sure I clearly understand what the procedure for my teeth is going to entail and what the cost will be. Office staff has always been friendly even when they are busy.
As always everyone was extremely nice, the office manager Tawanda was on point with explaining processes and solutions, very knowledgeable, explicit, and professional! The hygienist Jemil was awesome as he explained the process before and made time for questions, and follow-up information after the procedure! Great Expressions was a great experience!
I had a routine cleaning this morning. The dental technician who did the cleaning was patient and kind and he made me feel at ease. The cleaning was efficient and thorough. The check-in was quick. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment. I looked over my paperwork and made changes. Then the dental technician came out and took me in to perform the cleaning. Everything went very well.
Love the service, very enthusiastic staff and employees. Whenever my mother and I arrive we don't have to wait long and the receptionists are really talkative and friendly. They'll even send you off with a complimentary toothbrush. Also, my brother who got the heebie jeebies from dentists felt good talking with them.
My 6 year was scared BUT the nurse Shay was beyond amazing with her. Calmed her down , spoke easy and calm, made her feel calm and trusted the process! I can’t tell you how amazing Shay was I can’t express my feelings ! Thank you all even the ladies at the desk was so sweet !! She can’t wait to come back in 6 months
