Horrible! No one answers the phone and it takes several business days to return calls. This office scares/scams people into unnecessary treatments that cost a fortune and that they KNOW your insurance won't cover. Stay away from Great Expressions as they are only out to make a buck!

Will not povide services until they charge you for several other things you don't need, I haven't had a cleaning yet and my insurance company was already charged over $200 and I was charged $25 copay and even though doctor says my teeth look good will not clean my teeth without paying $178 for extensive cleaning and thats with insurance regular cleanings are free. Stay away they are looking to...
