I had a great experience during my dental visit. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The office manager was especially kind and helped me schedule my appointment smoothly, which I really appreciated. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr Sharma. She was super attentive and gentle, and went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable. I was unfortunately very late that day but she was nice enough to still take me. I recommend this office and her for anyone looking for a professional and friendly doctor.

I had an amazing experience at Great Expressions! The front desk staff were super friendly, and the office had a very pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Huang is an excellent dentist, and the hygienist Riya was great as well. I came in for a general check-up with X-rays and an exam. After not having a cleaning in over a year, I needed additional gum treatment. They clearly explained the treatment plan and cost before starting anything, which I really appreciated. I typically have an uneventful visit but the last one really left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). The assistant was rude and had an attitude when I complained of pain since my last visit. She started to slam things and cabinet doors. The dentist also was short with me. He numbed a part of my lip with gel then inserted the needle outside of the numbed area. My appointment was at 4, their designated parking spots in the lot were all taken, they called me at 4:06. I let them know I was in the parking lot I just didn’t know where to park since the spots were all taken, they told me they checked me in. I didn’t get seated in a room till 4:32, I didn’t get seen by the dentist till 4:53. They always take longer to sit you then what your appointment time is.
