Dental hygienist Riya is especially nice which I noticed my initial visit for deep cleaning/root scaling and definitely noticed the same in my second visit. She takes special care and is super understanding, knowledgeable, professional and considerate. The dental assistant, young man and young lady (I didn’t get their names) at the front desk are very respectful and pleasant as well.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr Sharma. She was super attentive and gentle, and went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable. I was unfortunately very late that day but she was nice enough to still take me. I recommend this office and her for anyone looking for a professional and friendly doctor.

My appointment was at 4, their designated parking spots in the lot were all taken, they called me at 4:06. I let them know I was in the parking lot I just didn’t know where to park since the spots were all taken, they told me they checked me in. I didn’t get seated in a room till 4:32, I didn’t get seen by the dentist till 4:53. They always take longer to sit you then what your appointment time is. went to Great Expression hoping to receive quality dental care, but my experience was very disappointing. Dr. Huang was unprofessional and showed little consideration for the patient. I did not feel heard or properly cared for. If you need a reliable dentist who will actually address your concerns, and not worse them, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I typically have an uneventful visit but the last one really left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). The assistant was rude and had an attitude when I complained of pain since my last visit. She started to slam things and cabinet doors. The dentist also was short with me. He numbed a part of my lip with gel then inserted the needle outside of the numbed area. And when they were spraying water into my mouth, they kept "accidentally" spraying my face and neck. There were no apologies. When it was over, they were just like... read more
