I had a very pleasant experience with Dr Sharma. She was super attentive and gentle, and went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable. I was unfortunately very late that day but she was nice enough to still take me. I recommend this office and her for anyone looking for a professional and friendly doctor.
I had an amazing experience at Great Expressions! The front desk staff were super friendly, and the office had a very pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Huang is an excellent dentist, and the hygienist Riya was great as well. I came in for a general check-up with X-rays and an exam. After not having a cleaning in over a year, I needed additional gum treatment. They clearly explained the treatment plan and cost before starting anything, which I really appreciated. The wait here is extremely long. The workers are so slow. I was waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes before I was called in. On the phone when the girl called to confirm my appointment, she told me come in early, so I did. The dentist here is nice. I wish Dr. Naz was still in Lynbrook I would have never wasted my time coming to this office.
I was totally impressed with all the services rendered: from the Reception desk, to the Xray Technician, MD and the Hygienist. I have been searching for a good Dentist who accepted my insurance for over a year now& finally found a place to call home. The staff are friendly, pleasant & professional& treated me with kindness, dignity & respect! Special shout out to Shantal & Riya-the best Hygienist ever!
I felt disrespected as I was telling the dentist about my dental history. She kept looking at a man standing at the door behind me while I was pouring my heart out to her. I believe that dentists should be understanding that people’s experiences, even from childhood, may still affect them! This was my first time her as I usually go the the Lynbrook office. Dr. Naz is the greatest, but she’s out in a family emergency.
