I chipped my front tooth on the weekend. I was able to secure an appointment online at the Great Expressions office in Fishhawk for Monday. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. They were able to fix the tooth very quickly. They matched the color perfectly. I am very pleased.
Dr. David Rosen amazing. ! We highly recommend him and the rest of his team. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. He always welcomes you with a smile and takes the time with the kids to make them feel safe and comfortable. Definitely 5 starts !!!!!
Reception/Front Desk staff has excellent customer service. I didn't catch her name but I have dubbed her "Spades." My 1st contact with Spades was over the phone. She was amazing. Got my lil daughter Ava registered and scheduled for a next day appointment. Also made plans for my older daughters' dental treatment. On your 1st visit, expect them to do trays & look at your teeth. Then expect them to give you an expensive treatment plan. They only want to see how much money they're going to make. Wife & I recently got our teeth cleaned. My insurance covers cleaning, not the upsell's this clinic forces on you. My wife told them to do only the cleaning. They did 2 of their upsell's & charged $72, even though my wife told them not to. I told them no upsell's & had to threaten to leave to get them to do only the cleaning. She said, "it's... read more
