Wonderful experience as a new patient from front desk through check out. Julia is very personal and helpful. She got me checked in and out and help schedule my mother for future appointment. Nayeli was efficient as she took several X-rays, she ask about my comfort all throughout the process. And Dr Santos Avila first reviewed my paperwork and performed a medical examine explaining everything she was doing, making recommendations and gave referrals to specialists. Doctor is great. But my appoint ment was at 8am and 1hour and 1/2 later, Doctor still hasn't begun my 4 cavities. She gives me Novocaine, says she'll be back in 10min for Novocaine and 30 minutes later...I'm still sitting there with no one checking with me. I walked out and told the receptionist that my stomach was bothering me. I went to Publix and the doctor called me asking me to come back. I went back, Teceptionist looks at me and says" I don't know if the doctor can see you no, she started another procedure. I'm back to... read more
