I have been coming to this Great Expressions location for several years now, and it has always been a great experience! I absolutely love Jane the Hygienist who is extremely thorough and never in a rush. Love the fact that she brings a mirror over to show me where the bleeding is coming from. I have a bleeding gum issue (because of my age 😆) and she takes the time and gives a deep cleaning and antibiotic at the problem tooth and area of my mouth only where absolutely needed. I give Great Expression zero stars I had to give at least one star to be able to post. Not only are they thieves, liars and very unprofessional. Every time I had work done to my mouth I left the office making sure my accounts were paid in full leaving me to owe zero dollars. Every single time I came back to the office I was told by the front desk that I owe money. According to the office manager the insurance kept kicking back fees and wasn’t paying for their portion. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Santo and Emilio for helping me overcome my fear of going to the dentist. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made every visit a positive experience. Thanks to them, I now feel comfortable and confident in taking care of my dental health. They are truly an excellent doctor, and I am so grateful for their support and dedication.
I had a 12pm appointment to adjust my denture. The dental assistant took me back at 12pm, l I told her what the problem was, she looked at my denture and said I'm with another patient be Back soon.She came back 2 more times an said still busy. I wanted 50 minutes then another assistant 😒 came in and fixed my denture in 20 seconds, then I was done. The second person was very nice,and fixed my problem fast. Thank you!
It took the corporate accounting department seven (7) months to refund my entire payment that they had requested at the time of my initial visit because corporate messed up the request to get the proper approval for the procedure by the insurance company. During this period I made numerous demands for the refund, but corporate was not responsive. However, the local office was finally able to get the approval from the insurance company and, subsequently, the procedure to install my new crown was done very professionally an... read more
