Very kind and friendly staff, caring and patient. I experience anxiety when it comes to the dentist but they helped me feel calm and in safe hands. They answered all my questions and explained everything that they were going to do. When I did not understand they took the time to explain it to me and again were very kind. I felt little to no pain during and after while recovering. Very happy I chose this office.
Horrible communication. Was told our insurance was accepted. Waited a month to get in. Day of, walked in and was told insurance was not accepted. I can’t believe how unprofessional this place is. Apparently they scheduled our appointment last month when they accepted our insurance and then dropped our insurance at the beginning of the month without bothering to inform us.
As mush as I hate the dentist like the majority of people, going here has become an experience that’s not so painful. Dr Ahmad is very soft spoken and pleasant always inquiring about your day or weekend
I had a wonderful experience with the hygienist Brandi the employees at this location were very professional the manager Jessica answered all of my questions about what was needed to be done for my treatment.
My family & I have received dental care at the Great Expressions Dental office in Freeport for over 15 years. The Hygienist Brandy is very professional and provides quality service. When I walk away from her care, I feel confident that I was in good hand. The office manager, Jessica has always been very cordial & always goes above what is expected to make arrangements for services. This staff works as a team to provide quality care for all.
