The receptionist dosent know what she’s doing, all ways have an issue with them. They can’t do simple things like email a referral or if I call up and ask questions I’m met with an attitude. Other locations are better. Unprofessional
Wonderful experience every time. They have remarkable availability for appointments which is what brought me here in the 1st place (finding dental appointments are a CHORE) and everyone is succinct. See you in 6 months
Very professional, honest,incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. My Mom had dentures done and anything that she had a problem with her dentures was resolved almost immediately. Thank you for the whole crew for your patience, support and patience. Happy Holidays.
My experience with this office was great. The entire staff was very friendly and Brandi (hygienist) was very patient with me and answered all of the many questions I had.
Horrible communication. Was told our insurance was accepted. Waited a month to get in. Day of, walked in and was told insurance was not accepted. I can’t believe how unprofessional this place is. Apparently they scheduled our appointment last month when they accepted our insurance and then dropped our insurance at the beginning of the month without bothering to inform us.
