Very kind and friendly staff, caring and patient. I experience anxiety when it comes to the dentist but they helped me feel calm and in safe hands. They answered all my questions and explained everything that they were going to do. When I did not understand they took the time to explain it to me and again were very kind. I felt little to no pain during and after while recovering. Very happy I chose this office.
Still very satisfied with the Freeport, N. Y. Office and staff. Nice office. Friendly staff. Clean. New orthodontist Dr. Yang first impression was great. Looking forward to working with her!! My family & I have received dental care at the Great Expressions Dental office in Freeport for over 15 years. The Hygienist Brandy is very professional and provides quality service. When I walk away from her care, I feel confident that I was in good hand. I had a disappointing experience at Great Expressions during an emergency visit. Instead of addressing my immediate concern, their main focus was trying to sell me a deep cleaning. The dentist even recommended pulling a tooth, which felt unnecessary and possibly influenced by the fact that I was using insurance. I later visited another dentist who confirmed the tooth could be saved with a new crown.
