My family & I have received dental care at the Great Expressions Dental office in Freeport for over 15 years. The Hygienist Brandy is very professional and provides quality service. When I walk away from her care, I feel confident that I was in good hand. I had a disappointing experience at Great Expressions during an emergency visit. Instead of addressing my immediate concern, their main focus was trying to sell me a deep cleaning. The dentist even recommended pulling a tooth, which felt unnecessary and possibly influenced by the fact that I was using insurance. I later visited another dentist who confirmed the tooth could be saved with a new crown. Dont come here absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I originally went to the Levittown location because it was around the block from my house. I was so disappointed when they called me to inform they that they no longer accept my insurance but not to worry the other locations in either freeport or West Hempstead did. Not a problem id just have to drive a little farther but at least i can get my service and they have all of my paperwork. I set an appointment for freeport online for today (11/9) @ 12:50.
