Very kind and friendly staff, caring and patient. I experience anxiety when it comes to the dentist but they helped me feel calm and in safe hands. They answered all my questions and explained everything that they were going to do. When I did not understand they took the time to explain it to me and again were very kind. I felt little to no pain during and after while recovering. Very happy I chose this office.
Awful staff. Already told them previously I don’t need any appointment for cleaning. Got a call today for an appointment that I didn’t schedule and after saying I didn’t make any appointment I received a message that my appointment had been rescheduled???
I had a wonderful experience with the hygienist Brandi the employees at this location were very professional the manager Jessica answered all of my questions about what was needed to be done for my treatment.
Still very satisfied with the Freeport, N. Y. Office and staff. Nice office. Friendly staff. Clean. New orthodontist Dr. Yang first impression was great. Looking forward to working with her!! Amazing experience from the moment i walked in the office. Xray tech was very nice and the dental hygienist did a great job and the dentist was very knowledgeable thank you
