Dr.Jodie is quite literally the most amazing dentist and sweetest woman in general. I have extreme fear and anxiety when it comes to my teeth due to a childhood accident. She is the only dentist who has ever made me feel so comfortable and heard. She does anything she can to make sure I’m feeling good and she’s an absolute perfectionist and won’t let me leave her chair without her work being top notch. I wanted to share feedback regarding my experience at your office on November 5, 2025. Unfortunately, my visit was quite unpleasant due to the unprofessional behavior of several associates, including the office manager, Tionne. There was a new associate, Michelle, who I felt was doing a great job with my intake. This place is a money grab, always extra charges and fees. They over exaggerate your treatment so you’ll have to come back and they charge you for extras. First time I went they said I needed all this work done including extra cleaning in 3 months despite having great oral care, I decided for a second opinion at another dentist and asked them to share my records with the other place and all of a sudden I didn’t have those issues, and could’ve been treated and cleaned there. Dr.Osman is the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and letting work on my teeth I'm kinda extremely sensitive to pain and not only does he make sure you are completely comfortable and numb while working but he is also very knowledgeable and informative and super compassionate while the procedure was being performed. Outside of the staff being cool, because they laughed at all my jokes. I genuinely appreciate them making me feel comfortable and reassured with anything I may have be concerned or had insecurities with as far as my procedure. They ask questions and wanted to make sure that I was completely taken care of in the moment & even for the foreseeable future. I appreciate them, they’re great at what they do.
