I wanted to share feedback regarding my experience at your office on November 5, 2025. Unfortunately, my visit was quite unpleasant due to the unprofessional behavior of several associates, including the office manager, Tionne. There was a new associate, Michelle, who I felt was doing a great job with my intake. Dr.Osman is the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and letting work on my teeth I'm kinda extremely sensitive to pain and not only does he make sure you are completely comfortable and numb while working but he is also very knowledgeable and informative and super compassionate while the procedure was being performed. He calmed all mine and my wife's fears while doing a full mouth extraction prepping me to get dentures fitted i will recommend him to my entire family and friends any chance I get. I only picked 4 cause my mouth is sore. Tomorrow it will be 5. Service was efficient and timely. The office, treatment room, and restroom were all clean and neat. My hygienist was friendly and professional. Several years ago I had to leave long-term family dentist due to a change in my insurance. I went with great expressions and have no regrets.
Outside of the staff being cool, because they laughed at all my jokes. I genuinely appreciate them making me feel comfortable and reassured with anything I may have be concerned or had insecurities with as far as my procedure. They ask questions and wanted to make sure that I was completely taken care of in the moment & even for the foreseeable future. I appreciate them, they’re great at what they do.
I took my children here, since moving to the area. First visit last year was told they're behind, and short staffed, understandable. Well, Thursday 8/21/25 was basically the same reasoning (one of the hygenists went home early) again understandable, wait period was long, no A/C and only one child was able to get their teeth cleaned, my other child was told by the hygenist that she needed her gums numbed for a deeper cleaning but the dentist that seen her prior 15 minutes before said gums and teeth were fine and I already kno... read more
