First time for a visit. I was not impressed with the staff. They did their job no doubt, but it would have been nice if they had introduced themselves. The dentist never even looked into my mouth, just talked to me from behind the chair. Plus I didn’t get a bag of goodies; toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. Apparently this business does not do this for its patients.
The visit was good. my only complaint is the cost. $180 for xrays, a brief exam, and to be told I need to see an Oral Surgeon to have a tooth removed. I was told they take my aetna discount plan. Obviously, they dont. I knew the tooth needed to be pulled before I went to them. Waste of my time and money.
I have been coming here for years and my appointments are always on time, the office is very clean, the front office staff are very nice and call me by name, the hygienist is absolutely wonderful, the back office staff is wonderful and the dentist I saw today is very thorough, professional and I love him and trust him. I believe my Hygienist name was Alysa & she was the best Hygienist I ever had. I could tell that she loves her job from the care, attention, & precision she used to clean my teeth. She is the number one reason I give a 4 star rating. The rating is not 5 star as the person at the front desk lacked warmth & human connection both when I arrived (zero eye contact, no smile) as well as when I was leaving.
