Dr. Marijana Glavinic is the best dentist I’ve ever dealt with. Her attention to detail was very appreciated. She was not giving up until I was completely satisfied, and I totally am. Consider myself very lucky to be under her care. Her assistant, Marcel, was also a pleasure to deal with. He completely educated me and guided me through my lengthy procedure. The lady on the phone/front desk needs a new job because her attitude is wild. We called to confirm my daughter’s appointment today because I never got a confirmation text. And she picked up reprimanding me for calling “the minute we opened” and then confirms my daughter’s appointment is in fact on the schedule for today. Absolutely will not be going back I spent probably more than a half hour waiting for the hygienist after the dental assistant came in and took X-rays. Then when the hygienist finally did come in, she was very rude and unfriendly. She kept getting frustrated that I wasn’t opening my mouth wide enough or turning my head far enough. I want to be fair — there were two people at this practice (a dentist and her assistant) who were genuinely kind and professional. Unfortunately, the overall experience was one of the worst I've had with any healthcare provider. I came in for routine dental needs, including a night guard I paid for out of pocket. When I started experiencing severe tooth pain, they diagnosed me as needing a root canal, fitted me for a crown, charged me accordingly, and referred me to an endodontist.
