Brenda was amazing! I told her I didn’t like flossing because of my gums and she offered me a service that my other dentists never offered me. She went over things she wanted to get gone today with me on my visit and she double checked if my insurance would pay for it. Then she went over the services that was going to be out of pocket. I really appreciated her going the extra mile for me. Best dentist experience I had in a while! Thanks Brenda!
The staff is very kind and knowledgeable, making you feel at home and confident in their services. Marcel the guy taking the molds for my new dentures is very experienced in his craft and inspires a lot of confidence in what he's doing. All and all this was the single best experience at the dentist I've ever had......I highly recommend this practice....thank you
This is my first and will probably be my only 1 star review on Google. Had an appointment for check-up/cleaning. Waited 2:30 hours for the dentist and her assistant to look at my teeth for 10 seconds, told me my teeth are fine, and then rushed me out the door. Yes, you read that correctly. I waited almost 3 hours and did not get my teeth cleaned. This place is awful. Completely unprofessional and incompetent staff. Terrible service. Do NOT go here unless you absolutely have to.
OMG The staff are so nice!! Extremely pleasant. I had a 9am appointment on Saturday 3/08. The reception was nice and polite, the dental staff that took my x rays and prepared me for the surgeon was really cool and very nice and welcoming, and the surgeon was really nice. They were all amazing, 10/10 service from them all. Dental surgeon answered all my questions thoroughly and with patience. I have a bad experience with rude dentistries in the past with other places so I’m really glad I’m getting worked done here.
Wonderful experience. Dr. Dalco and the staff are tremendously respectful and knowledgeable. I’ve been to other dentist offices and my questions were rushed with answers to get me out for the next client. Dr. Dalco was patient and very informative on how to keep my teeth in tip-top shape. Will absolutely be returning again!
