second visit, and I’m so so happy with the experience. The first visit was with their specialist, and I felt so at ease. Normally, I’m quite anxious about dental visits due to past negative experiences, but this time was different. The dental hygienist was amazing, and the rapport between the hygienist and the dentist really put me at ease. Dr. Marijana Glavinic is the best dentist I’ve ever dealt with. Her attention to detail was very appreciated. She was not giving up until I was completely satisfied, and I totally am. Consider myself very lucky to be under her care. Her assistant, Marcel, was also a pleasure to deal with. He completely educated me and guided me through my lengthy procedure. Dr Lily is the best. We were little worried about how we would be treated She is so kind, caring, takes her time explaining things & careful how she handles patients especially my elderly mom. The staff is good too. Awesome dentist can't thank her enough for how wonderful she is.
The lady on the phone/front desk needs a new job because her attitude is wild. We called to confirm my daughter’s appointment today because I never got a confirmation text. And she picked up reprimanding me for calling “the minute we opened” and then confirms my daughter’s appointment is in fact on the schedule for today. And then says the pediatric dentist doesn’t work today and we have to reschedule. Why did I have to call to find out? Why didn’t someone reschedule my appointment?
