I have to say that I have hated going to the Dentist my entire life up until I started going to this place. Dr. Marijana Glavinic IS the BEST dentist I have ever been to! She’s kind, takes her time to explain whatever she’s doing and gives you all your possible options. I have literally been to like seven Dentists and this is the only one I have ever liked aside from my childhood one who only sees kids lol. I had an outstanding experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. The entire team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Doctor Lily Falco is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. Diamond at the front desk is amazing! Every time o visit she always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walk in. She is professional, kind, organized, and always has a positive attitude. Her customer service is excellent, and she handles everything with patience and care. You can tell she truly cares about the patients and the office. The dental office is lucky to have someone as hardworking and friendly as Diamond!
Dr Lily is the best. We were little worried about how we would be treated She is so kind, caring, takes her time explaining things & careful how she handles patients especially my elderly mom. The staff is good too. Awesome dentist can't thank her enough for how wonderful she is.
Over the years, I have experienced multiple issues that caused me to lose confidence in this practice. One dentist cracked a crown that had been in place for many years. On another occasion, I sought treatment for a painful tooth that was causing pain into my ear and was told the tooth was fine.
