I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, then signed the paperwork. I was taken back to the dental hygienist's room on time, and my next appt. was made. Then Theresa came in and carefully cleaned my teeth - pain-free! She's been my hygienist for years, and we like to catch up on our family news. Lastly, another office worker took my credit card payment - she's always cheerful and friendly. If you can be in a good mood when paying, that's another excellent employee! You earned five stars today, for sure.

As many have said in reviews, you can't get an exam and a cleaning in the same day. "The doctor needs to decide what type of cleaning you get" and something tells me everyone ends up needing the most expensive one. I asked if it was possible if I can just get a base cleaning because I doubt my insurance is going to cover anything else and was told again "ma'am the doctor is the one who decides the type of cleaning you get". Which sounds like when the bill comes I'll be stuck paying out of pocket and that's when they'll offe... read more

Absolutely awesome experience for my daughter’s first dental appointment. The staff was kind and wasted no time. The whole process took about 30 minutes. I was initially worried with it being my daughter’s first time. The staff ensured she was comfortable and knew what was going on the entire time to make sure she wouldn’t get scared.

Negative Experience: Doubts About the Need for Crowns and Overall Service 1. Appointment Rescheduling: I arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time, but I was told I should have arrived 30 minutes earlier. No one had informed me about this, so my child’s appointment was rescheduled for another day. This was very inconvenient and unpleasant. 2. I highly recommend this practice! The office staff is extremely professional and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. Dr. Santos is truly AMAZING! She is kind, patient, and most importantly, incredibly knowledgeable. Her expertise and compassionate approach make all the difference. I always feel well cared for and confident in my treatment.
