Dentist is excellent, billing department is a nightmare. I go for my birthday annual cleaning, which is covered. They keep telling me about My 600$ deductable which has nothing to do with a coveted service like a routine cleaning. Anyone with dental insurance knows this. They try billing me 212$. All I asked for was my routine cleaning. They say you need periodontal advanced cleaning which I did recently and already paid for. Today Dr Robert Baldi was amazing. He performed a root canal of which I am certainly not a fan. He was very gentle and caring. He reassured me as I was a little nervous. His assistant was very sweet. He took his time to make sure I was comfortable. Thank you Sir, as far as the cost it was what I was quoted when I initially asked. Communication was fine . This is my was second visit post Breast cancer.
I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. After my visit, I was shocked to see charges for procedures that were never performed. When I asked for clarification, I was given vague explanations and met with resistance instead of transparency. It honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage and tack on random fees hoping I wouldn’t notice. The staff is amazing my regular hygienist is amazing. But the oral surgeon and his assistant is horrible. They will never touch my mouth ever. They barely talked. They just gave me papers to read. I felt like my teeth were ripped out of my mouth. They didn’t wanna suction the blood out of my mouth I almost choked. Just disgusting all they were worried about me paying and signing. rude and unprofessional staff. from the person that picks up the phone to the hygienists in the office. being told “you’re wasting the doctors time” is crazy when this is YOUR JOB! I work at a doctors office and would never talk to patients the way they do. the only nice person at this office is the man who takes your X-rays. talking to patients in a rude and belittling manner is not right especially when at the dentist. its already a vulnerable experience. Will not be back
