The staff is amazing my regular hygienist is amazing. But the oral surgeon and his assistant is horrible. They will never touch my mouth ever. They barely talked. They just gave me papers to read. I felt like my teeth were ripped out of my mouth. They didn’t wanna suction the blood out of my mouth I almost choked. Just disgusting all they were worried about me paying and signing. rude and unprofessional staff. from the person that picks up the phone to the hygienists in the office. being told “you’re wasting the doctors time” is crazy when this is YOUR JOB! I work at a doctors office and would never talk to patients the way they do. the only nice person at this office is the man who takes your X-rays. talking to patients in a rude and belittling manner is not right especially when at the dentist. its already a vulnerable experience. Will not be back
I have been coming here almost my whole life. Olga is the best hygienist EVER! She is professional and gentle. Bel is the best assistant. She is very knowledgeable and kind. This office has always made me feel at home.
This place is full of RED FLAGS!!!!!Very upset at This place I was having some issues with wisdom teeth and wanted to get the 3 of them removed at same time.X-ray was sent to my insurance to assess wisdom teeth removal, I was in fact approved for General anesthesia. Move forward a day before my appointment the call me to canceled. fine l schedule another appointment and just the day before procedure they call me to let me know they don’t offer General Anesthesia at all if I was fine with local anesthesia. The dentist assistant was sweet from start to end, personable and made me comfortable. Everyone very nice, wish the surgeon came more then once a month but this office is great
