I’ve been a patient here for over a year and overall I’ve had a lovely experience. Any medical billing issue I’ve had Chaygne has been clear and informative, actively calling my insurance company to clarify any billing coverage misunderstandings. I went here to get my wisdom teeth removed. I had an initial consultation on January 2nd where we scheduled the appointment for March 20th. At the initial appointment we went over all of the finances and I met the surgeon who would be removing my wisdom teeth. I was contacted via email a couple times leading up to the appointment and was reassured that everything was good to go, all I had to do was show up. Ashley did my new patient exam and was very friendly. Made me comfortable as the dentist makes me a little anxious. Very laid back office and Dr. was nice. Had to reschedule my appointment a few times and they were understanding and friendly about it!
Had a great experience. Going thru a replacement of an old front bridge. The young man who was helping Dr. Jamal during the prep work was fantastic. He took all the impressions and scans for the new bridge as well as for the temporary bridge. The temporary bridge he made looks as if it were the permanent bridge. Great care to detail. They look fantastic!
They did a great job making me feel comfortable and accommodating my schedule. Also they are honest when it comes to what you need done and do everything they can to save your teeth. They have every tooth specialist needed so it’s convenient going to one office. Best dental office in the area!
