I’ve been a patient here for over a year and overall I’ve had a lovely experience. Any medical billing issue I’ve had Chaygne has been clear and informative, actively calling my insurance company to clarify any billing coverage misunderstandings. Melissa at the front desk has always been kind, patient, and personable, doing her absolute best no matter how high her call volume is. Everything started off well—I appreciated the dentist’s pleasant manner. However, I was disappointed by the end of the visit. I had a few questions and asked to speak with the dentist again, but her assistant seemed reluctant to call her back. I waited as she was on a call, only to be later told she had moved on to another patient. While I understand she has a busy schedule, all patients deserve equal attention and follow-up. Will I come back to GE, yes because overall the service is usually good
They did a great job making me feel comfortable and accommodating my schedule. Also they are honest when it comes to what you need done and do everything they can to save your teeth. They have every tooth specialist needed so it’s convenient going to one office. Best dental office in the area!

I went here to get my wisdom teeth removed. I had an initial consultation on January 2nd where we scheduled the appointment for March 20th. At the initial appointment we went over all of the finances and I met the surgeon who would be removing my wisdom teeth. I was contacted via email a couple times leading up to the appointment and was reassured that everything was good to go, all I had to do was show up.
