I went to the dentist. To get a referral to see a gum specialist Dr. Geri Bako and staff want to sell me $7,794.50 of dentist work and drew up a treatment plan i did not approve of. I don't need 5 crowns and one implant. Started drilling on my bottom teeth tapping and did not listen to what I have to say called next day to cancel appointment receptionist hang up on me 2X called 3rd time to cancel won't be coming back here
I am not happy with my experience at Great Expressions. I'll start with the good, the front office staff is great (which is why it's two stars instead of one). Very friendly and attentive. Setting up my appointments was very easy. My problems are with the actual care. I simply came in for an exam and cleaning but have now had two appointments and still no cleaning. I have gotten behind in my dental care between COVID and insurance issues at work, but I now have a good insurance plan that fully covers exams, x-rays, and clean... read more
I am amazingly satisfied with my experience. From start to finish, every staff member helped make this experience as calming and comfortable as possible for a client who normally has extreme anxiety while getting dental work done. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I definitely am glad I made a choice to start getting my much needed dental repair done at Great Expressions 😘
My hygienist, Jennifer, is very friendly and personable. She does a great job explaining everything i need to pay attention to when brushing and flossing my teeth. I highly recommend this facility.
I just started going to this Dentist. Even though the insurance says a free cleaning every 6 months, this hygienist says insurance companies aren't Dentist, everyone needs their teeth cleaned every 3 months, and that will cost $80.00 every 3 months. I have been going to another Dentist religiously every 6 months and rarely any issue. Today this hygienist said I needed a deep cleaning for $370, even though the insurance says a cleaning is free.
