Just went in to get Tooth extraction and fill in. Was told I needed an oral surgeon for extraction. No problem. I got a "fill in" that was not covered by insurance. Okay, no problem. Dr Glasser drilled my tooth and said he put in the resin. I still see what looks to be a hole in my tooth. According to him, it was not a cavity, but an old fill in. I have a big fear of going to the dentist and was nervous! Once I arrived I was able to calm down after talking to the receptionist. All went well during my visit.
I made an appt online. I got a call back immediately stating the appointment wasn't set because the online schedule system doesn't work. I was able to place a new appt a month out. When I arrived I was seen very quickly. There was a lot of paper work to fill out. The place was clean and the doctor was nice. I would return. I want to take one star off for the schedule system but they got back to me the same day so I can't complain.
The Staff very Cordial, and Service is right on time, as the appointment time, and I ALSO experienced Professionalism, by the dentist.
