Great staff, the ladies at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. They always try their best to accommodate your appointments according to your availability. Dr. Thomas and her assistant are great, all my questions were answered in a very honest manner. They explained to me the costs of the services that I required prior them proceeding. I'm very pleased with GE and the services I have received, so far. Thank you!!!
Stay far away from this office. Thieves in dental clothing. I was a brand new first time patient and could have been a patient for life. During my first visit they charged me personally $35 for an "oral cancer screening". ?? I've never been charged for such a screening at any other dental office. It's a 10 second visual screening by the DDS. My dental insurance had recently changed so I assumed it was possible that the office thought or was aware that my insurance didn't cover this. First time there for a cleaning the receptionist was very nice and helpful they were very professional I was very pleased with them. The hygienist Jen took her time and was very nice I really liked my cleaning. The dr explained very well everything so to summer it up I was very pleased and happy for my service!!!
I should’ve checked the reviews of this place. They definitely scam you into doing the deep cleaning for the extra money. Someone who didn’t even introduce themselves started with no notice or explanation and the spit was going all up my neck and face because she didn’t properly check or wipe anything as she went along. 45$ from the deep cleaning was from just irrigation, what an absolute joke. STAY AWAY
The staff is exceptionally caring, friendly, and professional. The hygiene standards exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this Place. Nancy and Josue create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
