I was rescheduled to visit a different office from the one I usually visit. Everyone was helpful, friendly,and competent, and made my experience as easy as possible. I really dread dental visits, so I appreciate staff trying to make my experience a comfortable one.
My experience ar Great Expectations (formerly Ascent Dental) has always been positive - from the front desk to the technicians to the dentists. Professionalism and quality of work Re the hallmark of this practice and I am happy to be a part of it!
The experience was good, it is not my first time, and I have never had any problems. They have good dental assistants very kind people. And the customer service is great. The dental Doctors are 👌.
Kaitlyn is an incredible hygienist! She is very thorough and explains everything in great detail! Outstanding personality and so very pleasant! Met Dr. Calabrese for the first time, very nice and wonderful at explaining procedures perfectly! Great visit! My thanks to them both.
Our 2 year old couldn’t wait to go to the dentist! The staff was super friendly and accommodating to ensure our girl was comfortable. Jenn was AMAZING!!!! Our little lady had a blast and can’t wait to go back in 6 months!
