The Staff and Facilities are Great! I received excellent care and the office did a great job with my dental procedure. Dr. Calabrese and his staff are awesome to work with. I highly recomment Great Expressions for your dental care.
It was my first visit, is it too soon to say I love them?? Cause I feel like I do!!! They were very welcoming, attentive, answered any questions I had without making me feel as tho I was a bother. Roberta, Dr. Jenn & Dr. Sana were the three individuals I worked with during my visit & they were the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! Thank you all for such a great 1st time experiment at your establishment & I look forward to my future visits.
Dental office is great! They had calming jazz music playing in the lobby. The hygienist Pam was awesome, very attentive to detail. This is the second time I see her for my dental cleaning. She had reviewed my chart ahead of time, including notes, and had already resolved an allergy concern I had before I even got there. She took the time to update my chart and even recalled a conversation we had six months ago! The first time visiting Pamela Elliott at this location, 21 Dwight Rd. was wonderful. With the added AI system, it only enhances her knowledge, makes it so easy to visually see my charting and validation of all her diagnosis and future treatment plan. 😉 she certainly excels in her practice.
The staff is professional and welcoming, creating a comfortable experience from start to finish. Pam, the dental hygienist, truly delivers exceptional care. She has been the hygienist not only for my family but also for several close friends, and we all appreciate her dedication and attention to detail. Pam takes the time to ensure everything is done thoroughly and thoughtfully, and it genuinely shows in the quality of care she provides. We are very grateful to have her.
