I had a very positive experience at this dental office. The staff provided great customer service, everyone was friendly, professional, and energetic. It was clear that they truly enjoy what they do. Each step of my visit was explained thoroughly, which helped me feel comfortable. The only drawback was the wait time, as my appointment ended up taking about 2 hours. However, it seemed to be an unusually busy day, and I don’t believe this is typical. Overall, the quality of care was good
My experience at Great Expressions was very pleasant. The ladies at the front desk was very professional and polite.. Dr. Naz was Great and explained the work that I would need done. If more dentist was gentle with there patients like this staff. People would return back for their annual check ups. I will update y'all on my follow-up. Highly recommend
I had to share my experience with everyone who has white coat syndrome, iatrophobia or just dental anxiety. Dr. Naz is the best dentist you will EVER meet. I needed two root canals and my anxiety was through the roof on the day of my procedure. Dr Naz and her amazing staff did everything to calm my nerves, made jokes, got me water, made me feel comfortable in their environment. The hygienist does a great job and so does the Dentist. After booking 3 people for the same time and waiting for 1 hour, the front receptionist has the attitude that I can take myself elsewhere to get helped because they are here for the community not for me. And my ask to her was: "how much longer do I need to wait?" Now, this isn't the first time they have had this attitude and I always say I won't be comming back here, this was the last straw. Good luck to everyone else that's hoping to get treated well in this place.
Amazing dentist. Dr. Naz actually looks into what is going on instead of blaming me for a problem that comes up. I also love how the wait isn’t long at all and if it is, the kind ladies at the front desk check in on me and let me know that I’m going to be called in soon. I feel seen and taken care of. I’ve had many struggles with my insurance looking for the right dentist but I don’t have to look further now. I also feel very respected. I see now why there are so many 5 star reviews, well deserved.
