Finding a new provider can be tough, but I’m glad I got it right on the first try with Great Expressions Dental. The process to fill out my new patient forms online made everything seamless once I arrived. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. My experience at Great Expressions was very pleasant. The ladies at the front desk was very professional and polite.. Dr. Naz was Great and explained the work that I would need done. If more dentist was gentle with there patients like this staff. People would return back for their annual check ups. I will update y'all on my follow-up. Highly recommend
The hygienist does a great job and so does the Dentist. After booking 3 people for the same time and waiting for 1 hour, the front receptionist has the attitude that I can take myself elsewhere to get helped because they are here for the community not for me. And my ask to her was: "how much longer do I need to wait?" Now, this isn't the first time they have had this attitude and I always say I won't be comming back here, this was the last straw. Good luck to everyone else that's hoping to get treated well in this place.
Amazing dentist. Dr. Naz actually looks into what is going on instead of blaming me for a problem that comes up. I also love how the wait isn’t long at all and if it is, the kind ladies at the front desk check in on me and let me know that I’m going to be called in soon. I feel seen and taken care of. I’ve had many struggles with my insurance looking for the right dentist but I don’t have to look further now. I also feel very respected. I see now why there are so many 5 star reviews, well deserved.
I was so caught off guard by how friendly the entire staff was. Most dentists offices are intimidating and always make you feel insecure about your teeth, at least when I was a child those were my experiences. That was so far from the case here. This office is uniquely all women, and you can feel that nurturing spirit from the front desk to the patient chair. The Hygienist Assistant Anoushka Balkaran in particular was hilarious.
