The front desk agents are extremely confrontational and unprofessional. It was shocking! They literally we’re arguing with me. As a black women, being treated so poorly unjust is so painful especially because im in a vulnerable place. The Denitist will tell you one thing but completely leaves the final decision making up to the front desk. They are not client focused or caring here at all. I've been going to Great Expressions in Lynbrook for approximately 4 years now and I am very pleased with their dedication to oral health care. The office is very clean and the staff is always professional, pleasant and friendly. They are good with the time management of their appointments. You generally get in and out on time. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. I want to give special recognition to Devi Samaroo, Hygienist. She saved my teeth. I come here for Dr. Bajwa. She is great and actually seems to care about her work and the customer. She saved me from getting fillings I did not need that I was told I needed from another dentist. Very grateful to her!

My husband, my two daughters, and I have been coming to this dental office for several years, and there are definitely positives. The front desk staff is always welcoming, professional, and helpful—they make check-in a pleasant experience. However, my most recent visit was frustrating and disappointing. My original appointment scheduled for 3/31 was canceled and rescheduled for 4/3. When I arrived, I was not informed in advance that Davi—our longtime dental hygienist of 8 years—would not be there. My experience at Great expressions Dental in Lynbrook was pleasant. The check in was fast and easy. The front office staff was very professional and friendly. The whole atmosphere was wonderful. I look forward to my 6 month visit. I definitely will refer my family and friends.
