Listen, I love the woman at the front desk. My kids have always come here. She is so nice and I admire her professionalism. Customer service seems to have gone out the window but not here. Even the dental assistance treated me well. And the dentist was super nice. Made her recommendations but performed what I asked her to do and did a great job. Great experience at Great Expressions. Dr. Moore and her staff are simply the best — they take the time to explain every step before beginning any procedure, which made me feel comfortable and confident. Their professionalism and patience mean so much to me, and I truly appreciate the care and kindness shown by everyone in this office.
My daughter's cavities have troubled me for a long time. She often cried from the pain, but today we finally received perfect treatment here. There was no overtreatment, and nothing was done to scare the child. Everything went very smoothly. Dr. Moore has consistently been a kind, gentle, and skilled practitioner. She genuinely cares for her patients and it shows in the work she performs and the compassion with which she speaks to them. Highly recommend. Her assistants are awesome as well!
Avoid Great Expressions Dental on San Jose. Bad practice managers. We walked in great expressions dental center at 12420 San Jose blvd. Jacksonville FL 32223 and signed in for our appointment. The woman handed me a bill for $165. Surprised, I explained that my child has Medicaid as a secondary. She said you have to pay this first or we WILL NOT see him, then we will credit your account when Medicaid comes through. She said they would not refund my money directly, only credit the account.
