My experience at the Great Expressions Dental Centers - Maple Canyon office was pleasant, and uneventful! The staff were attentive to my concerns, and provided me with a few options to address and resolve them. Kudos to the entire team. Thanks for your professionalism and patience.

Highly don’t recommend. I scheduled an appointment for March 31st. They took my insurance over the phone and assured me that they accepted it. On March 31st, I arrived for my appointment. The secretary says, “You’re appointment is not here, it’s at Reynoldsburg”. She gave me no explanation of why my appointment was moved to Reynoldsburg. I did not schedule my appointment at the Reynoldsburg location. Additionally, I received a text confirmation that my appointment was at this location. I came in with need of repairs. I was greeted with professional and prepared staff. While filling out my paperwork I was able to witness the staff interaction. They were funny, helpful to each and made me feel very comfortable. My dentist was thorough, honest, and confident in her abilities. Looking forward to working together on my dental needs!!

Poor experience and a waste of time. My initial appointment was canceled 15 minutes before the start time. Staff said they checked my coverage on the phone, but once I was in and had started my appointment they informed me they had spoken to a company manager I wasn't eligible. I checked with my insurance provider and they said everything was in order and to try a different dentist office. The exam chairs are worn out. The only dentist there was talking about leaving the company.
