these idiots don't even know how to put a sentence on their website to let people know that new patients can't be seen when the doctors aren't in. and they also can't put a sentence on the website that says no doctors are in on wednesday. so you end up scheduling an appointment for a wednesday, taking a day off work, they don't try to call you, they don't try to text you, they don't send you an email, they don't let you know until the morning of, literally 3 hours before my appointment, that I can't come in and have my appoi... read more
They don’t return phone calls. I called and left 5 messages. They also charge you for things that should be. My insurance pays 100% for cleaning and exam and they are trying to charge me 71.00 for X-rays.
