My hygienist was Awesome! This location is always so friendly and attentive to detail. It says, "Add photos" to this comment, but do you really want more pics of my teeth?
Highly recommend! I had a horrible experience a couple of years ago and dread going to the dentist. Not now. I mean it’s never fun but Great Expressions is phenomenal! Everyone is friendly and the dentist was exceptional! You wont regret picking here to go!
The woman who cleaned my teeth was very nice, personable, and gentle, which I appreciated. (She gets 5 stars.) However, there was no dentist present to check my teeth, which has always been standard with my teeth cleaning. (0 stars). Since great expressions took over, there has been a lot of staff turnover and the atmosphere isn’t as friendly and welcoming as it used to be. And, there are often unexpected charges. Love the Massillon location as they are always friendly and very upbeat! Also Dr Luna is awesome!! He did my root canal, crown and filling and so far I’d say he’s the best I’ve had since my childhood! Pray he sticks around!!!
Went for a cleaning and checkup. Was able to reschedule my appointment for the same day after I realized another office had cancelled it in error. Staff was friendly, no wait. Had X-rays, cleaning, and fluoride. Technicians were great. No cavities showed on x-rays so I did not see the dentist at all. Will see him on next visit. I was very satisfied with this visit.
