Needed a quick filling after my old one fell out. Got an appointment same morning and was very fast and friendly. Don't underestimate the convenience of being a part of the Great Expressions network. I was with a single dentist for many years. Appointments were always difficult and since my schedule is very busy it was never easy scheduling. I have been a patient for over a couple of decades (really loss track of how long it's been, might be longer). Brooke is an excellent hygienist. She is very passionate about her work. This is evidenced by her attention to detail to ensure that she hits every spot to get your teeth clean!! I appreciate her professionalism as well. Thank you, Brooke!
Dr. Fady and staff were excellent. Answered all my questions and concerns. In the past I have had anxiety when going to the dentist but they were kind and considerate. After discussing my options they let me decide what direction to take. Would definitely recommend this office.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! First off, they are literally scamming people. They wanted to charge me $732 for a crown.. a crown that wouldve made me lose my tooth later on and wouldve had to pay for them to pull it out! I needed a root canal but theyre so money driven that they didnt give me the proper treatment! Then on top of that, they tried to do insurance fraud! IN FRONT OF MY FACE!!!! They gave me an estimate that would charge my insurance for a crown that was covered 70%.... then tried to put a code on there that I had him ex... read more
Excellent experience. Staff was unbelievably patient and understanding. I’m very happy to say Dr Fadi is my Dentist. He really put my mind at ease regarding upcoming procedures. I’m very satisfied.
