Went to great expressions for the first time. Janice was the assistant and she was an absolute doll. Janice is sweet, kind and very down to earth. She put me at ease, I met Dr Kass and he was very nice as well. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. Everyone was exceptional. I highly recommend this office.
John Jacob was very friendly and legit because I had two fillings done within two weeks and unlike experiences from the past everything healed up nicely and I am not having any issues afterwards. The procedure was also done with great professionalism and I could tell that he cares about the work that he’s doing which is also a blessing. One last thing is that all of the front desk are welcoming as well so I will be going here from now on for all my dental work.
Please let me start by saying I don't usually leave reviews but I read them all the time. I just wanted to share my experience about the dental office. I wanted to start out by saying the front office staff are wonderful. Next, my dentist was a great. I didn't feel rushed and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and I might add I had a lot of them. Hi, I was at the office today 3/27/25. I had an unscheduled appointment that I needed. The receptionists are very pleasant. The young lady that took my xray was a sweetheart. My dsentist was very good, he answered all my questions. He was very understanding. I was very pleased.
I was referred to Great Expressions and the girl on the phone was rude. I asked for an appointment after two... I misunderstood what she said... she tells me to "open your ears"... Not going there.. if the receptionist is rude I can just imagine the rest of the staff. she should be fired for speaking to a possible new patient like that.
