I arrived for my appointment today and no sooner than sitting in the waiting I was called in the back. I was greeted by the dental hygienist's assistant and was prepped for my procedure. The dental hygienist greeted me and then recapped what was being done today. She was very gentle in her handling of my teeth. I hope when I return I receive the same treatment.
I don't usually give anyone 5 Stars and yes this is a real person. They took me even though I was a half hour late. The service was immaculate and they removed the tooth with ease. And I will be going back
This is a great place!!! Everyone was very nice and professional. They really cared about my experience. I would highly recommend them. Only one thing wrong... the Dentist forgot to call in my prescription to the pharmacy...
I was greeted warmly by the staff upon entering the office, and the young lady who did my deep cleaning was excellent. She was professional along with being kind and patient. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
If I could give a rating of a negative star, I would! Please don’t go to this location! They have no idea what they’re doing!! I called on a Friday morning because I had an infection & the lady had no idea what to do. She said the dentist was out due to a surgery. Then placed me on hold, came back & said they would call in a prescription. Waited hours, as she told me to, nothing was at the pharmacy. Called at 3 pm, left message. Closing was at 4pm so I called again at 3:50 & the phones were disconnected. Left me with nothin... read more
