Honestly, I was hesitant to try this place because of negative reviews that I saw online. But they were the only local dentist that took my insurance and could fit me in for a crown that another dentist did not complete. I am really pleasantly surprised with the level of care, professionalism, and skill at this dental office. I will definitely be making them my primary dentist going forward. I booked an appointment here THREE MONTHS AGO. I called first thing the day of my appointment (6/23) and the receptionist was rude barely let me get a word out my mouth to explain that they had previously called me and left a voicemail telling me they needed my insurance information and therefore my appointment may have been canceled bc of the lack of the information and that i would pay cash if necessary since i didn’t want to wait for another open appointment since i had already been waiting for 3 months and im new to tow... read more
I was greeted warmly by the staff upon entering the office, and the young lady who did my deep cleaning was excellent. She was professional along with being kind and patient. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
This is a great place!!! Everyone was very nice and professional. They really cared about my experience. I would highly recommend them. Only one thing wrong... the Dentist forgot to call in my prescription to the pharmacy...
My first time at Great Expressions Dental was great. I was seen quickly. I was x-rayed and examined. The dentist gave me a treatment plan and answered all my questions. I will submit updates as the work is being done.
