Honestly, I was hesitant to try this place because of negative reviews that I saw online. But they were the only local dentist that took my insurance and could fit me in for a crown that another dentist did not complete. I am really pleasantly surprised with the level of care, professionalism, and skill at this dental office. I will definitely be making them my primary dentist going forward. I arrived for my appointment today and no sooner than sitting in the waiting I was called in the back. I was greeted by the dental hygienist's assistant and was prepped for my procedure. The dental hygienist greeted me and then recapped what was being done today. She was very gentle in her handling of my teeth. I hope when I return I receive the same treatment.
My first time at Great Expressions Dental was great. I was seen quickly. I was x-rayed and examined. The dentist gave me a treatment plan and answered all my questions. I will submit updates as the work is being done.
I called this dental office as a new patient because I’m experiencing tooth pain from a cavity. I was told that since I’m a new patient, I’d need a full exam first, but the earliest appointment isn’t until May—four months away. This is especially frustrating given that the practice has multiple dentists and locations, yet I wasn’t offered any other options. I don't usually give anyone 5 Stars and yes this is a real person. They took me even though I was a half hour late. The service was immaculate and they removed the tooth with ease. And I will be going back
