The process was very much easy starting from the receptionist who handled my insurance. She said that she will called me back after reviewing the insurance and discussed my treatment plan after I visited the clinic for information. She did call me within an hour. She was very knowledgeable and explicit and she gave an appointment. The day of my appointment I waited only 5. Minutes to be called by a very professional hygienist. Great experience. Staff is very respectful and professional, super friendly as well! Barely felt any pain at all with the treatment, and I was already in a lot of pain when I came in lol, they are really good at what they do, I left feeling so much better already... highly recommend them!
Dr. Yanes and assistant Mayte always provide Excellent Service. My hygienist Vanessa was very attentive, gentle, and educated me on how to properly floss and brush my teeth.
Everyone always friendly. Doctor and Hygienist very thorough on work being done. Most importantly, most gentle hands in the business.
Dr Yanes,my dentist wes very professional, knowledgeable,thorough and caring.She explained her plan of care, making sure that I understood and answered my questions.Her assistants were efficient and courteous.Office staff were courteous.So far I am very satisfied with my care.and the transparency.
