After a bad experience at my last dentist, I switched to Great Expressions. The staff is wonderful and made me feel comfortable right away. They were helpful with arranging appointments that worked with my schedule and dealt with my insurance, so that my out of pocket cost was reasonable. The hygienists were very supportive and helped me feel calm. I worked with two dentists who are both excellent and very skilled. I love my new smile. They were a bit rough and I have some cuts on my mouth and lip during the 4 fillings. They are flexible in terms of I had to reschedule because I didn't enough to go through with the procedures for that I am grateful for. But overall, I think they could have been a bit more gentle during the procedure.
I went there last year I had 4 teeth pulled. No cleaning or anything as they didn’t have full staff yet. I really liked the dentist Dr Frisher. So in the meen time I called them 3 times already waiting for a full staff. Now I see they have a hygienist and oral surgeon. And still no phone call from them. No good I’ve been suffering waiting for them almost a year. Will try calling them again and see what happens. So far very bad attention to patient in need. Linda Fratesi
Hello great day everyone! I made appointments for my kids and went in just to be disappointed. Tell me what is the point of asking them if they take your insurance and provide them with the information and for them to tell me they do accept my insurance just to go in and find out they don’t accept my insurance now how does that benefit me or my kids. I really like the team here! I’ve been a few times now for my checkup, a cavity filling, and for a night guard, and every time I’ve had a great experience. The hygienists are super kind and gentle, Dr. Frisher is very funny, nice and informative, and the front desk team is always helpful and friendly. They answer all the questions I have and they’ve always been on time with my appointments!
