After recent visit, no more. There is so much confusion in the office; no-one seems to know who is authorized to do what procedure. This young woman was complaining that the person that installed her tooth cap was not authorized to do these procedures. When I got in the chair, it was such a rushed visit and again the tech was explaining to another tech how to use a drill type tool. What a time for training!! No more, I am done with them. Oh, this is after I stopped going to same group office on Livingston ave.
