I am a new patient w/ Great Impressions and am absolutely THRILLED beyond words !!! Dr. Kelsey is an incredible dentist and so very kind, as is the staff, especially Kathleen. Wonderful energy throughout the whole office and I am SO blessed to have found them. They made my experience with them a pleasant one (which is very uncommon in ref. to a dentist). Definitely 5 out of 5! The office staff is friendly, made me laugh, were very professional, but also made me feel comfortable. After the horrors I've endured from being forced to go to the WORST dentist in Canton, in fact the only one that seemed to accept Medicaid in all of Canton, I felt traumatized and very leary of trying out any new dentist. ALL of the Wonderful Employees and Dr. Childers are Absolutely Awesome! Thank You for being there to help your patients feel better and please know that I personally wouldn't want to change to ANYPLACE ELSE! There's a Great Expressions Dental Center within 7 minutes from my home. But, when anyone is FORTUNATE enough to find a Dr's office that's absolutely AWESOME they would be crazy to change where they go unless it's absolutely necessary!
The only reason I'm giving a 3 star rating is because the dental hygienist rushed through my cleaning and actually missed teeth when flossing my teeth. She was just going through the motions and now I'm not sure if my teeth were properly cleaned. I don't know if she gets paid by the patient or what. It WAS a Monday and things seemed hectic, but if that's the case then I wish they wouldn't have scheduled me on such a busy day. I thought Dr. Childers was very thorough and I liked her. This was my first time at this location, when I called I expected not to get an appointment for weeks. To my surprise I received an appointment the same day for an exam and cleaning. I found everyone from the front desk all the way back to the Dentist very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
