If I could give this place no stars, I would but unfortunately that's not an option. We loved the office on Tusc in Canton, but it closed. We wanted to try this one as it was closer to our home. They had only seen us once in over a year. During that visit my husband was seen, but the dentist left for the day before examining me... We made our next appointments but they rescheduled them. I was very upset about my cleaning at Great Expressions in North Canton. There wasn’t even a dentist in the building! I have since switched to Bright Now, but my husband went for his cleaning today and it was the same thing, no dentist. He was told that the dentist would look at his X-rays tomorrow. I don’t get it.

They always try to bill me out of pocket for procedures even if it's 100% covered by my insurance due to being preventative. All I want from them is general cleaning for my teeth. It's always the same issue everytime I go there and I have to call the insurance in their office so they can hear that its 100% covered. And when I tell them that this issue happens all the time. They would just respond "I dont know" 🤷‍♀️. And if they try to convince of needing a crown, ask for a second opinion from other dentists!

Tried to make an appointment online. Got called and left a message that the provider was not available that day and to please call back. I call back 10 minutes later. The receptionist answers and asks what I am calling for. I tell her I need to reschedule an appointment I made online and tell her my name. She then puts me on hold for 8 minutes. At this point I decide to hang up. I look up the Google Maps page and find they close at 1pm on Fridays. Why not just say that instead of putting me on hold? I'm not ever coming here ... read more

Friendly front desk and tech, very timely appointment. Dentist didn’t introduce himself prior to reaching into my mouth - not the most professional approach. Clean office and easy scheduling.
