If I could give this place no stars, I would but unfortunately that's not an option. We loved the office on Tusc in Canton, but it closed. We wanted to try this one as it was closer to our home. They had only seen us once in over a year. During that visit my husband was seen, but the dentist left for the day before examining me... We made our next appointments but they rescheduled them. Super friendly staff, always pleasant. I have a lot of dental trauma in my past, they’re always kind, gentle, and caring. I go in every three months because I know I’m not the greatest at taking care of my teeth. I look forward to my visits. I never thought I’d ever say that about a dentist! 😆 The moment I walk in with my grandma, I’m immediately at ease, they joke and laugh with us. The check in and check out process is efficient and easy. I love the North Canton location. Y’all are the best.
Can't seem to get into this place to save my life. I was seen once and when I went in for my six month follow up, they had to reschedule. No big deal, but then they called the day before my rescheduled appointment and had to reschedule again. So I rescheduled again and when I went in for my new appointment, I wasn't even on the books and they told me to reschedule again. I wouldn't even bother with this place if you care about your teeth, they are an absolute mess here. Will be looking for a new provider
The front desk staff is amazing at this location. We came in with three younger kids and she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to confirm our insurance. They scheduled us first thing in the morning which was best for our schedules. We recommend them 100%. Thank you.
This was my third visit since changing providers and I felt as if I’d been going there for years. I felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout the visit. My questions and concerns were taken seriously and answered with concern for my overall well being. I believe my wife will be changing over to Great Expressions on her next appointment.
