I absolutely love this dental office. The front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful, making every visit a breeze. The insurance coordinator is fantastic, always answering my questions with a smile. The assistant manager, is incredibly helpful and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Dr. Porrata has been my dentist for years, and she’s always so kind and professional. Her dental assistants, Sandra and Yanet, are amazing too—so gentle and attentive. Highly recommend this team!

I had the pleasure of interacting with Dr Porrata, Sandra and Noelia at North Dade and I can’t say enough good things about them! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality by the front desk team.. Great offices. I've been to the Pembroke Pines office, one in Sunrise area inside of a mall, and now I mainly go to the one in Miami Gardens. They are great offices for kids and adults. My only issue is that sometimes if you need to see the orthodontist or specialist, they are only available maybe 2 days a week and only a few hours each of those days. So sometimes you have to take a whole day off for an appointment that ends up being only 1.5 or 2 hours. But I guess that's all doctors. Anyway, front desk staff is great. The ... read more

Dr Ostroff was amazing. My procedure became a bit difficult than expected. But he handled everything with care. Freaking Awesome and hardly NO PAIN...His assistant Ms. Britney definitely made me comfortable during my procedure.❤️❤️❤️

This was not my first time at Great Expressions but it was my first time and the North Dade office. The staff was very nice and professional. They were not able to do my cleaning but explained to me what the delay was and that they would follow up with me. They were very helpful.
