This is the first time I come back to Great Expressions in a lot of years and I was assigned to see Dr.Lee she was extremely behind on schedule, she wanted me to reschedule and waste more time to come back another day just for her or someone to evaluate me for about 10 minutes so I refused since it’s my only day off and after Dr.Lee finally seeing me she told me that I will need braces, this is the first time ever I have been told this by any dentist, in addition to this information she was extremely rude when I asked her wh... read more

Very disappointing experience with Great Expressions in Monroe, NY. A while ago we scheduled appointments for our children and were told we would receive text messages or emails with the appointment dates. We never received any notifications, and because of that my wife missed an appointment. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they placed a “Red Tag” on our account and now make it very difficult to schedule regular appointments. I had an appointment at 8:30 and Andrew was on time, he understood I needed to be out by 9:15 and he work his magic to ensure I was done and go back to work. He was working fast as per my request but you could tell he was doing his job as well as possible under the time crunch. He was so pleasant and explained everything. He made it easy and painless.

They made a mistake on their end and scheduled me for the wrong type of appointment. I have been coming here since I was a child, so I traveled down from NYC to see them. Instead I had to go home without any treatment and they did nothing to try to accommodate me. I will never come here again and would not recommend anyone else come here either. They are always trying to rush their patients out because they clearly overschedule.

Some of the office staff are not accommodating when booking an appt. I needed to have my crown put on and I forgot to put on my partial plate and i had to reschedule a 10 min appt for another month. I work full time and took off from work to book this appt and the receptionist was not helping me at all. I told her when I was available and she did not seem to care at all.
