1. I was in constant pain due to tooth exposed and root being infected. I called for appointment and was told it would be several weeks. 2. I requested a script for Amoxicillin, as Expressions had given me prescription in the past. I was told they could not do that. Check with your doctor. 3. When I finally had my appointment, dentist did a check of my mouth - maybe 3 minutes and indicated in her report tooth #20 would need crown. Very disappointing experience with Great Expressions in Monroe, NY. A while ago we scheduled appointments for our children and were told we would receive text messages or emails with the appointment dates. We never received any notifications, and because of that my wife missed an appointment. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they placed a “Red Tag” on our account and now make it very difficult to schedule regular appointments. I had an appointment at 8:30 and Andrew was on time, he understood I needed to be out by 9:15 and he work his magic to ensure I was done and go back to work. He was working fast as per my request but you could tell he was doing his job as well as possible under the time crunch. He was so pleasant and explained everything. He made it easy and painless.

This is the first time I come back to Great Expressions in a lot of years and I was assigned to see Dr.Lee she was extremely behind on schedule, she wanted me to reschedule and waste more time to come back another day just for her or someone to evaluate me for about 10 minutes so I refused since it’s my only day off and after Dr.Lee finally seeing me she told me that I will need braces, this is the first time ever I have been told this by any dentist, in addition to this information she was extremely rude when I asked her wh... read more

dentist is good for regular appointments... But if your child will have pain and you need an immediate appointment they will not give you.. they will leave you on the water without helping you. Please consider that before signing up.. till here I write before they replied. oh we here to help you ,,but the real truth is I emailed them in private and they didn't help me anything I was asking for a referral they told me that I need to make an appointment before getting a referral the next appointment is in 6 months.. then I as... read more
