As always, my dental visit was extremely pleasant. The staff at Great Expressions is always attentive, professional and gives service with a smile. The x-ray technician completed my x-rays quickly and efficiently. The hygienist always does an amazing job. My pearly white look fantastic! Setting up a future appointment was easy! Thank you for great dental care!
a newer dental office I've been seeing due to new insurance. The staff is very helpful and nice. the hygienist William is one of the best I've met. The only negative is that I have been unable to see the dentist at the end of visits due to wait times, but that's fine as I have no major issues. I do recommend this practice
The dentist that took care of me at Great Expression was Doctor Olleck. She is an awesome woman who took the time to explain everything to me and was the only dentist that would give me an emergency appointment. Her assistant Caroline was just as awesome. These two women together are a great team. I felt that they both were compassionate enough to understand my situation and were able to get me in right away and relieve my pain.
Dr. Hira is always a pleasure. She takes her time and always provides an exceptional level of care for me and my family. The office staff is also very nice and the place is spotless. The dental hygienist are also amazing in this place.especially William. He goes out of his way to educate patients.
I do not recommend this facility the dental hygienist are lazy and don’t clean your teeth properly. They also pushing products and lying about gum issues and if you don’t push to see the dentist to review your X-rays and complete a dental exam to get full understanding of the lies these hygienist deliver to extort your money. The doctors also don’t keep appointments always cancelling last minutes after your waiting months or you show up and have to wait over 2 hours. Poor customer service and very disorganized!
