I have always had excellent care at this dental office for the many years I been treated there. Both Dr. Revis and his hygienists are very gentle care givers. At 92,I have all my own teeth except 2 , which I had replaced due to a fall before I found this office.,thanks to their care.

Usually its a good experience. Today im gonna say it was not. Had my appointment at 7 am and they brought me back the nurse was very nice and did the x-ray on my tooth but at 730 she came in and told me the dentist wasn't there and wouldn't be there until later. To me that seems a bit unprofessional especially know that if I didnt show up that they would have charged me a no show. Not a fan of leaving sub par reviews but in this case the dentist should have been a bit more professional.

The experience was OK overall. My biggest complaint is the additional services they offer. They are essentially optional, but they aren't presented as such. Example: The dentist told me that my insurance covered everything in my visit but a mouth cancer screening and that it was $32.00. The screening process was essentially putting a blue flashlight in my mouth for a few seconds. During checkout I was informed that that process was optional... if I had known i would have opted out. I had a crown done through dr Revis about two years ago. I wound up needing a root canal by an endodontist, and then had the permanent crown set by Dr. Revis. Today I had to have that crown redone because it was incorrectly set, barely attached, and still had not only the temporary filling from the root canal, but a cotton pellet in that filling that he should have removed when I had the crown set. I always love coming here. Every employee from reception to dentist is so kind, compassionate and comfortable to be around. They really go above and beyond professionalism, it truly feels like they care about you as an individual. No shame, no guilt, ONLY support, validation, and a commitment to care. Every single time without fail. Most people are afraid of going to the dentist, myself included, and I actively have a better day after my dental appointments. It’s so good.
