Terrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment about 6 months ago for my 2 kids. I got several email reminders prior to the appointment just to find out (on the day of the appointment) that no appointment was register in their "system". The lady at the counter was so rude and didn't care about our 6 months waiting and gave me no solution. She also said that she was having computer issues and no doctors were attending on that day. Dr. Revis has helped me with significant dental issues throughout my adult life. He goes over and above to help his patients. I'm so very grateful for him! He is also very personable!
One of the best dental visits that I’ve had. The dental hygienist was very gentle with my teeth cleaning. They use state of the art equipment so I was very impressed. Dr. Reves was great. I feel that I am in good hands with my oral health 😊
Our family has been seeing Dr. Revis for over 10 years. He is an excellent dentist in every sense of the word and a pleasure to meet every time we go. His staff, from the front desk to the team of dental hygienists (Lisa, Peggy, Jenny, and others) are, likewise, first rate, from their professional competence to their bedside manner. I can't recommend Dr. Revis and his practice more highly.
During my appointment Friday 6/6/25 I was to get fillings well before they started I heard the Dr say he had a scheduled call at 3:30 and remind you I didn’t get pulled back till 3 o’clock and was done by 3:20 well before he even started he told the other lady that helps him we have to rush because of that call. After he was done they did not use any floss to make to make sure it was not built up with resin he literally told me I was done I get up as I am walking to the front my tooth felt very weird from where they did the ... read more
