For the last 5 years, I have been to 5 different dentists, and each one of them was a nightmare. When I discovered Great Expression @ 297 Boston Post Rd. Orange CT, I am very happy. The people in the front desk were great. Very polite, knowledgeable, straight forward and accurate concerning billing. Went in for a simple cleaning.. Got pitched over $1000 worth of deep cleaning. They wouldn’t do my simple cleaning without me going through multiple appointments and paying thousands of dollars out-of-pocket. Had to call my insurance to make sure that they didn’t put this through as my yearly cleaning because they didn’t do anything but waste my time. If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked into great expressions to get information on what the process would be to be to fix my implant. I experienced a very friendly relaxing helpful staff member who took all my info and assured me they could help. In just two visits I became part of the great expression family.
