New patient here and somehow a dentist appointment was actually a good experience, which feels illegal to say. The two ladies at the front desk were awesome super friendly, helpful, and made everything really easy. Everyone I dealt with was welcoming and professional. Definitely a much better experience than I expected walking into a dental office! I’d give them a tooth out of tooth… but I guess 5 stars will have to do. 😁

I accidentally stumbled upon this place. My expectations were super low. I first saw them in August 2025. Since then all my kids and my partner are their patients. If thats alone not testimony enough. Id say I have had dentists in 5 other states . I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Su and Alyssa. They always provide world class services. More importantly they come up with the price plan that's most economical (unlike most other dental practices) for the patient. I 💯 recommend them to you and your family.

I came here for the first time a few weeks ago and had a great experience. Besides a normal check-in, I ended up needing an emergency wisdom teeth extraction for all four from pain I was experiencing that prompted the check-in. The staff not only was friendly/ understanding, but they were able to get me the care I needed quickly. I am now a few weeks post-operation with no complications and a lot of gratitude for the support! Highly recommend!

I am submitting this complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional and unacceptable conduct of the office manager, Katherine. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a healthcare office. When I arrived for my daughter's filling appointment, I was unexpectedly handed a clipboard and asked to sign for an amount allegedly due that day. The office manager is very rude and unprofessional. I called to ask if there is any billing error because I have been using same insurance for 5+ years and seeing Dr. Su for a long time but never received such bill after a routine cleaning. She did not allow me to finish my sentense, refused to check and hang up on me. I like Dr. Su but never had someone so rude in healthcare before.
