I had a very disappointing experience at Great Expressions Dental Care, mainly because of the front desk staff’s bad attitude. They were rude, unprofessional, and not welcoming at all. Simple questions were met with impatience, and there was no sense of courtesy or respect toward patients. A dental visit can already be stressful, and the front desk is the first point of contact—unfortunately, this office failed badly in that area. Customer service matters, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

The overall appointment went great, I had 2 fillings to get done in between my teeth, I was very anxious and the procedure when well. Dr. Su did amazing job and the environment made me feel less worried of how they handled everything. They also do a very great job every time I go in for a routine dental cleaning. Well done! Great customer service as well.

Terrible customer service. My 12 year old is TRAUMATIZED after 1 appointment. This is a kid who LOVES the dentist. I will gladly drive the 25 miles back to her original dentist twice a year just so she is comfortable.

They didn't bother to check my insurance and the blonde lady at the front desk just kept saying anything to justify either her lack of knowledge or possibly part of their MO of handling business. They just wanted me to pay out of pocket after starting the visit. Went to another dentist apparently they have done this to other people where they make an appointment then claim insurance doesn't cover when it does and try to charge.

I normally hate going to the dentist but the moment I walked into this office I was greeted warmly. The staff is amazing and was willing to work with my care credit which a lot of dentists are no longer willing and do. While I was there they broke down what needed to be done and if I wasn’t financially prepared they recommended where to start and go from there. I will be returning for both of my appointments this week and I am so happy that they are able to work their schedules with their clients.
