The overall appointment went great, I had 2 fillings to get done in between my teeth, I was very anxious and the procedure when well. Dr. Su did amazing job and the environment made me feel less worried of how they handled everything. They also do a very great job every time I go in for a routine dental cleaning. Well done! Great customer service as well.
I normally hate going to the dentist but the moment I walked into this office I was greeted warmly. The staff is amazing and was willing to work with my care credit which a lot of dentists are no longer willing and do. While I was there they broke down what needed to be done and if I wasn’t financially prepared they recommended where to start and go from there. I will be returning for both of my appointments this week and I am so happy that they are able to work their schedules with their clients.
Please avoid this dentist!!! This place is a total scam. I had an 8:00 AM appointment for cleaning, X-ray, and filling. After driving an hour and arriving early at 7:52 AM, I received a call saying my appointment was canceled—with no earlier notice whatsoever. Is it acceptable to cancel on patients at the last minute like this? When I originally scheduled, I was promised X-ray, cleaning, and filling in one visit. Kudos to the Great Expressions Dental. I had an incredible experience at Great Expressions Dental in Orange, CT and truly can’t thank the staff enough. I was originally scheduled for a root canal with Dr. Su on July 7, but the pain became unbearable before then. Jennings, the receptionist, was amazing—she got me in at the last minute on a Friday, showing so much care and urgency when I needed it most. For the last 5 years, I have been to 5 different dentists, and each one of them was a nightmare. When I discovered Great Expression @ 297 Boston Post Rd. Orange CT, I am very happy. The people in the front desk were great. Very polite, knowledgeable, straight forward and accurate concerning billing.
