I accidentally stumbled upon this place. My expectations were super low. I first saw them in August 2025. Since then all my kids and my partner are their patients. If thats alone not testimony enough. Id say I have had dentists in 5 other states . I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Su and Alyssa. They always provide world class services. More importantly they come up with the price plan that's most economical (unlike most other dental practices) for the patient. I 💯 recommend them to you and your family.
I am submitting this complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional and unacceptable conduct of the office manager, Katherine. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a healthcare office. When I arrived for my daughter's filling appointment, I was unexpectedly handed a clipboard and asked to sign for an amount allegedly due that day. I came here for the first time a few weeks ago and had a great experience. Besides a normal check-in, I ended up needing an emergency wisdom teeth extraction for all four from pain I was experiencing that prompted the check-in. The staff not only was friendly/ understanding, but they were able to get me the care I needed quickly. I am now a few weeks post-operation with no complications and a lot of gratitude for the support! Highly recommend!
Went this morning for a tooth filing. My first ever and it went great! Love this office, the doctors and nurses! Everyone is very friendly and you are always greeted with a smile! I had a few issues finding a dentist I trusted so I am so glad I found you guys! Thank you for all you have done so far for me and my family! See you soon! :)
DATE POSTED: 4/20/26 9:22am -Monday My last appointment I went there for a crown fix, but before leaving I pointed out a cracked tooth with a hole. The female dentist told me not to worry about it. Before leaving they made us (gf & bf) make new appointments on the same day. They did not want us to leave until we made the appointment. We DID NOT want the appointment.
